Home was as advertised, customer service was very responsive to the questions I had prior. Will stay at the Maverick next time I am in Driftwood.

This place could use a little love, just needs a few cosmetic fixes but who would notice with the beautiful scenery. It is a gorgeous property with a nice pool, hot tub and fire pit.Nice and big, lots of rooms for everyone to sleep and the property is big and felt very secluded, we had such an amazing time here! They really thought of everything from extra blow up mattresses, crib sheets, baby or dog gate, fully stocked kitchen we literally wanted for nothing.We spent most of our time around the fire pit, lots of sticks and logs on property to burn and made s’mores!Will I come back here? No, so may cute towns to explore. Would I stay at another Avant property? 1000% yes, I am already searching for the next one. We had an amazing time

Hit the nail on the head! We came to this modern home to relax and we left rejuvenated! Secluded, A/C and fans kept us very cool, and the out door patio with a pool kept us entertained and carefree for 4 days! We even visited a smal non crowded river section we could relax at near by! We will book again!

The house was very nice and comfortable. AC was working well. Important. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was functional, living room was spacious. Pool was COLD, nice and clean. Hot tub was relaxing. Check in went smoothly. House was clean overall stay was a 10.

Perfection!

This house was perfect for our family mini vacay! Relaxing and peaceful, and close to all the wineries we wanted to visit! Loved the hot tub and pool, too! Great for some hot/cold therapy!

Ready-made family Home

As a host myself, I have to say I’m very impressed by the cleanliness and warmth of this home. It accommodated all 10 of us very comfortably and I only wish we had had a longer stay. Would differently recommend and look forward to renting again.

GFs weekend getaway & Bday!

Property looks better in pictures outside and inside; actually dated in person. Half of the ladies were bitten by mosquitoes and got swollen big time from the pool and kitchen. Only 1 skillet in kitchen. Towel bars are either broken or not there; we sent photos of other defects to owners. Communication with them though is great Notwithstanding, we enjoyed ourselves but wished we paid less for value received. Sorry

40th Anniversary, What a disappointment

We were excited to rent this secluded property for a few days to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. The main reasons we chose this property were for the seclusion, the hot tub and the pool.My first concern. The fire pit area was messy looking and not straightened up since its last use. Ashes all over the place and a bottle lighter fluid sitting on the side of the filthy gas grill. Deck was not clean and it looked as if no one had moved and swept around the front door mat.After unloading, I went back out to remove the cover on the hot tub. It was nasty! Dirt, leaf debris and dead bugs all around the edge of the hot tub. Looked like someone puked off the corner of the hot tub. I decided to add some water to it (it was low) and to clean it myself. I hosed all the stuff off of the sides, turned on the pump in hopes of circulating the bugs to the filter. After messing with it a while I gave up as I SHOULD NOT have to clean this hot tub. It should have been clean and ready to use. Instead it was just gross! See pics, they also have some old unused flooring stored right beside it. Not too attractive.The pool’s pump was off and judging from the debris floating on the top and sunken to the bottom of the pool, the pump has been off a while. No debris in the pool skimmer or pump filter. Pump has been off a while. I found the pool vacuum behind the house, its not my job to clean the pool. We are unable to use the pool or hot tub because they are gross! The main reason we rented here.
