You've found the private beach that you've been searching for! Enjoy stunning views of the ocean and beach while sipping your morning coffee on the screened-in porch, accessible from both the master bedroom and the sunny living room. You’ll love cooking in the fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and a breakfast bar. Enjoy your meals at the dining table in the condo or on the screened-in porch. Right off the kitchen, the unit provides a stackable washer and dryer for guests. Additionally, the condo hosts a guest bedroom with its own lock-off space and full bath. The condo sleeps six in its entirety, with the master bedroom hosting a king bed, the guest bedroom hosting a queen bed, and the living room providing a queen Murphy bed. This unit comes with one garage parking space for guests, and additional parking is provided in Sealoft's parking lot. Exit the condo front door and step onto the beach boardwalk that takes you directly to your private beach, where you'll find an umbrella and two chairs awaiting you (beach service provided by the owners for guests).

NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.

NOTE: No tents or canopies allowed on private beach out of respect for the other guests.

*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests, and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.


** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.

**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.

**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.
