Grand Dunes was an absolute gem!!! We enjoyed the proximity to the ocean and all the amenities Wild Dunes offers to guests!! Grand Dunes was well appointed and our Stay Duvet team were the absolute best to address ANY and ALL questions!! We highly recommend this gem if you're seeking a "recharge" vacation!

Great stay for birthday party!

Great house, such a short walk to the beach, we loved our stay and would certainly consider coming back, also dog friendly! Host is also very responsive to our questions.

Wonderful stay!

The house is very nice! Very comfortable throughout the entire house. The walk to the beach is short and very beautiful. The beach is very nice not crowded. And a little restaurant/bar just a few hundred feet away with a great view of the ocean. Highly recommend!

Great house in WD! Only minor issue was very hard to open door to garage from inside. We will definitely choose this house again!

**Disappointing stay and not worth the price**Unfortunately, this property did not meet the standard we expected for the price. When we arrived, the property was not clean. The carpet was visibly stained, and the furniture was also stained and had a generally dirty/gross feeling. There was a strong musty smell throughout the property, and we had to purchase Febreze just to make it more comfortable.There were also several functional issues during our stay. The sink in the master bathroom was clogged, leaving us with only one usable sink. The washer did not work properly so we were unable to do laundry but we did try to dry some wet clothes and the dryer required several cycles to dry a single load. On the positive side, the location was convenient and **Stay Duvet was very responsive and helpful when we reached out**, which we appreciated.Overall, though, the condition and cleanliness of the property were not acceptable, especially considering the amount we paid. We would not stay here again and do not feel the property provided the value we expected for the price.

Excellent stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The code on the door to the inside from the garage did not work when we were there. We also were unable to get the TV upstairs to work at all, and there was a limited selection and the family room. Beds were comfortable, kids were happy, walk to the beach! We would love to come back. I’ll fix the garbage disposal and leaky toilet while we were here.

We have been to Wild Dunes many times (even got married there) over the past several years and you can't go wrong with the resort. Our trip included my wife, our four kids (7,6,3,1) and our Au Pair.Positives:Location is great and easy access to the beach/poolCleanGreat Deck and PorchBeds were good Quiet Great street to be on and the kids were able to ride scooters/bikes Check-In was very easyImprovements that are needed (which is why it didn't get a 5 star). We arrived and the ice maker didn't work. We were told someone would come fix it but that never happened. They did drop a bag of ice off (I did buy another bag too)Pots and Pans need to be updatedNo storage containers at all for food (I actually had to go out to buy some)Only one Spatula that was outdated Carpet Upstairs needs to be replaced (not a big deal but a suggestionProperty doesn't have a Grill. It isn't advertised as having one but EVERY beach property i've been to has one.Had some issues with the door locks (someone else also mentioned this in their review)I feel like a 1100-1300 investment at Costco would have made this place a 5 Star. We did enjoy our trip though!

Nice Property

Nice property. Overall well kept and comfortable. Clean. The location is really excellent! Only a couple issues really - the digital door locks operated erratically. There was no way to lock the front door so it could not be opened from the inside. This presented a concern due to the very long stairs immediately outside and the presence of a 3 year-old. Addition of a deadlock would solve this. The pavillion pool says a wrist band is required for use - but none were provided even though we were told by owner we could use the pools. When we asked about this we did not receive a response from the owner.
