This beautiful newly redecorated Charleston style tri-level home is located in the popular Grand Pavilion area of Wild Dunes.

This home is perfect for family getaways with an open floor plan, quick access to the community pools, boardwalk, and beach. Recent updates and frequent owner visits ensures that quality standards are maintained. Hardwood floors are in the common areas and downstairs bedroom; carpet is in all upstairs bedrooms.

You will find amazing outdoor spaces in the nicely furnished screened porch with adjacent sundeck. Off the master suite, enjoy the recently furnished covered porch. Designed for great family fun at the beach, the home offers an outdoor gas grill, a private outdoor shower for coming off the beach, five TVs, and wireless internet access.

*The home is setup with Youtube TV with smart tv's in all rooms to provide standard cable which included multiple sports channels. Apps are also available on all tvs to sign into your own personal streaming accounts to access more content. *

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Linens Included. No Smoking. No Pets. **Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes**

Perfect House in Wild Dunes

This house was fantastic. The location was central to the beach and the center of Wild Dunes, but it was still very quiet. The house had a fantastic layout with the ability to use multiple porches pending the weather. We have stayed at many properties within Wild Dunes over the years and this was definitely our favorite

Wild Dunes Pavilion

Overall a great place and a great trip. Lots of room and the property was well kept. Location was outstanding with access to the beach. Few points of improvement: - Locks on the garage access and a code to open the garage would have been great. - clarity in the listing on which pools we had access to and whether they are heated. - water pressure in the master bath was very light compared to other showers

Great place, great location.

What a wonderful experience it was for me and my family staying at this location. The only drawback that we experienced during our stay was that a neighbor was having their roof replaced, and so at times it got pretty loud when we were hanging out on the back deck. Obviously something totally out of the control of our rental. Overall, had a really wonderful time, and would do it again.

The house is comfortable, particularly the screened-in porch. The living room lacks enough lighting (only one functional lamp!). Kitchen is well-equipped although we did not do a lot of cooking!

The arrangement of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas was great for us. The kitchen was well-appointed and there is a grill. One word of warning (which isn't really a complaint, but just a heads-up)- there are no hairdryers in the house, so bring your own. Also, they provide 1 bath towel, one washcloth, and hand towel per person. No beach towel, but towels are available at the pool.

It had all the cooking supplies we could think of. The beds were all VERY comfortable- which is rare in a rental! My daughter’s favorite part was that we never ran out of hot water even when everyone was showering at the same time! We hope to stay at #28 GP again!!

The property was very clean upon arrival and offered plenty of space for our multi-generational family of 6. We enjoyed game nights at the dining table, meals/tanning/reading out on the amazing outdoor spaces, and daily sunrise and sunset walks on the beach. We loved that the house was a quick walk to the pool and beach, yet still tucked away to offer a quiet retreat from the community spaces. We’d highly recommend this house!

Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was a quick 3-5 minute walk to the community pool as well as the beach which was great for our two toddlers. The area has a great walking/bike path that we frequented and you could rent bikes across the street which we did not do. We did go in off season, so stores like the ice cream shop were only open on Saturday/Sunday and some of the restaurants/markets closed by 5 or were not open for lunch. The house had everything we needed to cook meals every day, do laundry, and eat inside or outside in the screened in porch. We would definitely stay again!
