Gem in the Mountains!

Stone Creek Dr. 243 is an amazing home and location in Eagle Vail. We traveled for business so it wasn't personal but it is a beautiful property and well appointed. The property manager and staff are excellent and very helpful. Response times were quick and they certainly try to be accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone travel to this area summer or winter. We will be returning for sure.

Winter vacation

Wonderful cabin!

We had the most lovely time in this cabin for our family reunion. It’s the perfect location to enjoy the many recreational activities that Avon/Vail/eagle have the offer! We love the spacious living room upstairs and open floor plan!

Baseball in the mountains

Overall great property and just a short drive to the baseball fields. Kitchen was fully stocked & ready to cook a meal. Beds were comfy. The only thing was not enough bath towels or wash clothes for 8 people. I’m sure if I had messaged we could have gotten more, but I didn’t so that’s on me.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay. Downstairs bath sink was not working and took a couple of days to get it fixed. I would have liked to have had the 5th bedroom shown in Vrbo so I could have brought another couple. The room was locked off from the rest of the house for some reason. We did not always have hot water in the showers in the basement and first floor. The furniture is faded in the living room. Overall we had an excellent time. Close to shopping and Vail.

Vail cabin trip!

Before coming to the cabin the guide they give you is SO HELPFUL, literally made up most of itinerary from the guidebooks suggestions so that was awesome. The property manager did a great job at trying to get us an earlier check in to the apartment (1 hour) which was appreciated. However when arriving to the VRBO, it was super warm because the AC wasnt turn on. It took a while to figure out how to work the AC especially because the AC dial was out of batteries and we had to search around the place to find batteries, ending up replacing the batteries from another remote. Once we got the AC dial turned on, only the ac unit in the kitchen was working, not the master bedroom. I contacted the property manager about it, in which they sent out a maintenance person promptly, but he was unable to fix the problem. He mentioned he could come back the next day to maybe reset the unit but we were not going to be around town the next day so we just dealt with warmer temperatures in the master room, it wasn’t ideal but we made it work. Also, what I found a bit upsetting was that for a place with limited air conditioning, I wanted to turn the fans on but found a thick layer of dust on each of the fans that looked like could quickly ignite an allergy issue, so we couldn’t use the fans. Other than cleanliness and lack of properly functioning AC , the place was huge and great for a group of couples enjoying the mountains!

Annual Family Ski Trip

Great place! Plenty of room for our family ski trip. We had a couple of little ones so I reached out to see if we could get a high chair and a pack and play. Those items were waiting for us when we arrived. So thankful!!!

Our group enjoyed our stay at this cabin and were very thankful for the spaciousness, location, and scenic views. We were able to have 12 people (some from another cabin nearby) comfortably hang out in the multiple spaces available (living room, opening dining room/kitchen and outdoor deck). We also had everything we needed to prepare meals for 12 and the cabin is located a short drive from Vail's main village.

Great location with plenty of space

This house was in an awesome location and it had a lot of room/beds for a large group! We fit 12 comfortably in the house for a family wedding. My only complaint is that the downstairs area was musty and damp (probably moldy)! The house could use some work, but it was a good place to stay for an affordable price!

Vail wedding

Group of 10 adults all fit comfortably. Every couple was able to have their own room. The living room fit everyone and we were able to all sit down together for a meal. Great property!

Spacious house perfect for friends getaway

Just like the photos only better - very spacious with enough space for 10 adults. Ski area Beaver Creek or Vail is about 10 min away. We stayed for almost a week and we did not have any complains. Would gladly rent this house next year!

Lots of room

7 life long friends had a great 4 days on the slopes. The house is an easy drive to both Beaver Creek and Vail. There is plenty of room to spread out including the added loft bed area.

Great gate-away

This rental property is second to none, very comfy and spacious for a large group. It has all the necessities you’ll need. With this property, you’ll only need to worry to pack your cloth, everything else you’ll find it there! The three floor layout is very convenient and the room distribution is just perfect. All of this without even counting that you are just 12 mins away from Vail, and have a Walmart just 5 mins away.

Christmas ski vacation

It is a large very spacious condo. There were 5 adults and one 3 year old. The main room had a large table a fireplace and a large couch. The inside bathrooms were a little dated but were clean. We did have a heating problem when we first got there, but it was fixed quickly. We did have some very cold nights ans discovered that a couple french doors could use some new weather stripping because there was cold air coming in with the wind. It was not enough to keep anyone from sleeping.

Great Stay

We were in town for a wedding at Eagle-Vail Pavilion, and the location was perfect. There was plenty of space for our whole group. The location is close to a Walmart and plenty of dining options. It should be noted that if booking this property, you'd be working with another company that manages the property. A few things that we identified that would be helpful are: replacing the toilet in the half bath next to the kitchen, you have to hold it for 10+ seconds to flush, adding additional drinking glasses, adding fans to the basement, and a garage door opener pad.
