Situé dans un cadre détendu sur le 6e green du parcours de golf avec de belles vues sur la montagne et le ruisseau ruisselant dans un étang peu profond près du green.

La communauté du terrain de golf est à quelques minutes des zones de ski, de randonnée et de pêche à la mouche entre Beaver Creek et Vail Village. La communauté possède une magnifique piscine extérieure, une variété de sentiers de randonnée, de petits parcs pour les enfants de tous âges, un practice, un parcours de golf par 3 et 18 trous, un frisbee golf, de belles rues pour se promener ou faire du vélo.

La propriété de plan d'étage ouvert moderne a été récemment mise à jour, avec des planchers en bois, une nouvelle cuisine, un bain à remous pour 7 personnes, A / C (très agréable en été) 4 chambres 2485 pieds carrés en duplex comprend 3 chambres principales (chaque maître a un lit king size et chacun a une salle de bains avec télévision à écran plat), Den et Deck donnent sur un beau vert avec ruisseau et étang à proximité.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house exceeded our expectations in every way. Each room was incredibly comfortable, making it easy for everyone in our group to relax and feel at home. The amenities were excellent and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Overall, this is a fantastic house and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. We’d definitely recommend it, and we hope to return in the future!

Perfect family getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The location was perfect—close to amazing hiking trails that both adults and kids enjoyed. The home was extremely well appointed with everything we could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable bedding. We traveled with another family (four adults and four kids total), and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

Beautiful place, great location

Communication was great from start to finish! The house has a great layout for two families. We enjoyed the hot tub, big open living room, and spacious kitchen. The home was an ideal location for skiing in Vail and there were lots of great dining and shopping options in close proximity. Overall I would highly recommend a stay at this home.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and extremely comfortable. Close to Beaver Creek and Vail for skiing. Our group really enjoyed the open concept and private hot tub. We’d definitely come stay again!

Fantastic! We loved it.

The property was wonderful, with everything a family could ask for. Extra kitchen appliances, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds (we are quite picky), and great access to both Beaver Creek and Vail.The only caution is that the bus route from vail needs to be planned in advance (timing is every 45 min back to the bus stop), and beaver creek is better to park than to bus.Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great location and condition of the property.

We stayed here for 4 nights and skied at both Beaver creek & Vail. The location works for both resorts. Spacious bedrooms and the hot tub was out favorite, hoping to return one day. Thank you for hosting us.

Amazing stay, wonderful house. Besides wonderful view, quite area and comfort this house has to offer a lot of things like iron, hair dryer, bunch of towels for inside and outside, spices, all u need for laundry. Everything you need.

When we purchased our half of the duplex at the end of 2015, it reflected all of the characteristics of a classic ski lodge. After using and renting it for a year, we started a full remodel and addition. Our goal was to take it’s best characteristics and modernize them into a beautiful home that everyone would enjoy. After a year long process, it's ready to be enjoyed in a scenic mountain environment. We hope you enjoy our “happy place” with contemporary art, modern technology, and beautiful views on the creek and golf course, as much as we do.

Someday we plan to move here. So we wanted to have all to the features that would make us feels at home, not just a rental property.

It's now the complete package:
- Remodeled with new everything. This home went thru an incredible transformation. In 2017, it was the talk of Eagle Vail. Lots of time was put into the details to create an amazing experience. Be one of the first to enjoy our home.
- Lots of light with big windows in the living room to see the mountain in the north and the south.
- Big kitchen with new appliances. While the Vail Vally has great restaurants, we eat in a lot. It's fun to have friends and family around as we cook and listen to music.
- Peaceful Quiet Location is unique with the beautiful stream right off the deck.
- Big deck that seems to have the right amount of shade, so you can spend the entire day on it ... watching people play golf, listen to music, or just relax.
- Latest technology with Alexa, Sonos, motorized shades and lighting (set the mood in any room)
- Beautiful modern artwork
- A/C for the summer time. With split units, every room can have the perfect temp.
- Big two car garage. As the garage door opens, you are greeted by an amazing mountain mural that will inspire you to go be apart of the mountains.
- Solar powered and heated driveway.

The neighborhood is the best.
- It is central to everything in the Vail Valley. 10 minutes to Vail or 10 minutes to Edwards.
- Great for walking (lots of flats, and hills if you want to get your heart rate up.
- Hiking trails - Eagle Vail has lots of trails in the south mountain. You can hike from Eagle Vail to Beaver Creek Village (~2hrs).
