Thank you for looking at our home!
It is a comfortable 2 bedroom home close to Ice Rinks, colleges, Pittsburgh and many other attractions.
Large finished basement that is empty and could be used for air mattresses or play area for kids. There is a desk and fast wifi for remote working and online meetings or quick steaming. A nice private deck, for some time outside.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig and Mr Coffee, air frier, toaster, crock pot, mixer, full set of pots and pans, dishes and utensils, even spices if you plan to prepare meals.
Each bedroom and livingroom have a TV with cable and Netfix provided.
New listing with many new features, linens/towels, furniture, washer & drier, kitchen appliances and more.

Everything was as expected. Supplies were plentiful. Rooms were plenty large enough. Our only drawback was the steepness of the 2 levels of stairs, as we are both 72 and 66 with arthritis. Would stay again if the opportunity arose.

The condo had everything we needed. I was delighted to find that coffee filters were supplied. I brought a bag of coffee but didn't think about filters because my at-home coffee maker has a reusable filter. The kitchen had everything for the small meals that I made.The location was quiet. On one of the warm days, I sat out on the deck for most of the day. There was plenty of room. The computer desk near both windows was really nice to use. No complaints. Would stay again.

An amazing little getaway townhome meet, tidy the kitchen has everything you could want and more if you’re wanting to cook lots of space different rooms. The hostess was amazing and very accommodating.

This is a clean, comfortable place to stay. My husband and I stayed here during a visit to see family. We hosted several family meals and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Good location, host was quick to respond and accommodating. The property was clean and well-stocked with supplies, towels, and any needed accessories. Lots of space for a family of 4 for the weekend.

We had the best experience here. It was clean, well appointed, quite, and gave us room to spread out instead of cramming in a hotel room. We will absolutely stay here again when in the area!

Kim is very easy to get a hold of if you have any questions regarding her house. Very clean!! Beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. I would definitely recommend staying at this house.

Had a great stay at this property. Location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed in master bedroom was super comfortable. Only complaint was the water pressure in shower. We had a great time in Pittsburgh.

Great Place

We continue coming back! This was our third year staying here. Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to many shopping areas with restaurants, etc. It’s 15 from Seton Hill University where my daughter goes to college so it’s convenient for visiting her. Love that this property has 2.5 baths. The place is homey and comfortable. My only wish is that the master bedroom had black out curtains to aid with sleeping. The host is very communicative and responds quickly as needed. I got accidentally locked out and panicked but she got us back in immediately. Will plan to stay again next year!

Weekend away!!

We enjoyed our weekend away at this quiet small house!! It has everything you will need!! It has a nice view from living room and bedroom! Only about 30 min from the city!

Seton Hill University Visit

We visited our daughter at SHU for her lacrosse games. This was a nice location that we found last year and chose to stay here again this year.
