Great for families

The location of this house is perfect! About a 5 minute walk to the beach with a playground on the way. The beach itself was not super crowded for a summer weekend. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed including a little futon in the primary bedroom for our son to sleep on. We will definitely check availability of this house for our next Santa Cruz/Aptos trip!

Excellent Stay

We are a family of 4 adults and two children 18 month old and 7 year old … We all enjoyed our stay.. The downstairs and the main bedroom are spacious .. The layout is excellent for families .. The bedroom listed as having a queen bed was small for 2 adults and its size was like a double ..The main bedroom is large and very comfortable .. The only suggestion I have is to put a door for privacy that leads to the bathroom!The house was well stocked with kitchen appliances, utensils and cookware .. It was unexpected to have baskets of toys, games and books for children which was greatly appreciated .. The location was fantastic with a small lovely part and a short walk from the park to a quiet pretty beach…Kendall and Potter management company were very responsive and gave clear and in depth instructions .. We enjoy a return visit in the future ..

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

We had such an amazing stay here. The Hawaiian themed house was so beautifully put together and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen is always welcome too. The location is to die for. A quick 5 minute walk to Rio Del Mar Beach. Great stretch of coastline. Thankyou for an amazing stay!

Wedding stay

Nice location for our family visiting Aptos for a wedding. The accomodations were very comfortable. Well-appointed kitchen with the large dining table was nice for preparing family meals.

Great Location

This home is located just a short walk away from the beach. It is very spacious with a nice living room, patio and a large master bedroom. The home was great for 6 of us ranging in age from 13-76. The only odd thing is there is no bathroom door on the Master bath and no kleenex... not a a big deal but something to know.

Hidden Beach House

Perfect vacation home for a family! The beach and park area with playground equipment is within easy walking distance! Quiet, Beautiful neighborhood and we even saw deer right in front of the house!! House is fully equipped with nice amenities! Would happily stay here again!

Comfortable family space

This was the perfect house for our family gathering. The house was has a well equipped kitchen, lots of seating area for great conversation, and a beautiful dining table for many to sit around. Being close to the park and beach makes it nice to be outdoors.

Fun on graduation weekend

Proximity to walks, swimming and fun on the beach was a wonderful addition to our ucsc graduation festivities. Charades in the spacious great room and meals plus games on the big dining room table made for fun family time

Holiday gathering

The location was a little challenge to find but thanks to navigation systems we finally found the place. Nice and quiet setting, Touchkey pad entrance was wonderful until we accidentally got locked out but a quick call to the management company and we resolved the issue. Very spacious place and the dining table was marvelous! Kitchen was great, bedrooms comfy. One of the bedrooms needs a dresser to put cloths as it had none. The step to the living room is deeper than standard steps and so is the bottom step of the front entrance. Once you know it, you are ok but it could be an unhappy surprise if you are not watching. Overall, we really liked the place and it is just up from the ocean,

Amazing Property

The house was perfect for a weekend getaway, clean and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 teenagers, with a short walk down a pathway to the beach and a park with a play structure. The house is about 5 minutes away from coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect Weekend

This was the second time staying at this property. Great location. Quiet street, close to beach access. Usually we’re out site seeing this time we just really enjoyed the house. Spacious home, well stocked kitchen. Nice patio.

Good place for families

Convenient to a good beach with additional benefit of a nice park on the way. House well supplied (but only one dish towel), communication with management excellent, but living room carpet in serious need of cleaning. The carpet is so dirty that all of our feet were black from walking in that room. Management overall excellent - we will try to book through them in the future.
