This Beach Bungalow was pleasantly remodeled and provides a spacious and relaxing retreat for your Santa Cruz getaway. 2 Bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bathrooms. Savor breakfast and complimentary Keurig coffee on the deck overlooking majestic Monterey Bay Views. Sunbath on the deck and BBQ lunch or spend your day on Seacliff State beach with public bathrooms. Only a five minute walk down the Beach Gate trail. Go exploring to the surrounding beach side towns, restaurants and antique shops.. The chef's kitchen provides all the necessary equipment to prepare a gourmet meal, or take advantage of the built-in outdoor gas BBQ. If you don't feel like cooking the bungalow is within walking distance of great local restaurants, and a short drive to the resort towns of Capitola and Santa Cruz. In the cool evenings relax on the back lanai or enjoy your private hot tub.

We enjoyed our three night stay as our daughter got married at Sand Rock Farm just a few miles away. The house was very cozy and nicely decorated. We appreciated the kitchen, microwave, and roomy fridge. The beds were very comfortable and the closets big enough for our wedding needs. Did emails and shares often. Communication was excellent. We highly recommend the beach cottage! Bob and Judy

My family and I had a comfortable stay in this house, which was conveniently located near the beach. However, the narrow streets in the neighborhood made it challenging to maneuver a large vehicle. Despite this, the house met all the advertised features, and we had a pleasant experience.

Property has a great location with short walk down to Seacliff State Beach and several eating options within short walking distance. There is a great ocean view which can be enjoyed from the kitchen eating area, living room or front deck. The house is very clean and contained everything we needed. The host is very friendly and responds in a relatively short time to questions or requests. He was definitely willing to help out when needed.

We stayed over Christmas and despite the rain we really enjoyed walking on the beach everyday. The kitchen is well stocked and the hot tub is nice after a cool walk we brought 2 dogs and they had a blast on the beach. Dog friendly town.

My little family and I truly enjoyed this charming beach bungalow! It was everything we needed and then some! Sid, thank you for being so accommodating! It was so nice getting to meetup with our college son and make memories that will last a life time. Comfy bedding, beautiful lighting, nice decks and perfect view while bbqing. I hope to be back at some point!

We loved this beach house! The home has all the amenities that we needed, plus a hot tub. The beach access is very close, and we enjoyed daily walks. The shops in town are great as well. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Loved this house! Perfect for 4 people. Fantastic location. You can see and hear the ocean. Added plus’s, the deck out front, totally fenced in yard and hot tub. We will definitely book again.

The view was great, and the location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood, well stocked house. Dog friendly with gated entrance. Not too many stairs for my elderly parents. I hope to come back again.

I came to the area for work and bright my family along. It was wonderful to stay at the house! We watched whales feeding for hours one morning and walked to ice cream everyday!

Relaxing and convenient beach stay

My family (two teens, my husband, dog and I) had a great stay at the Beach Bungalow in Aptos. Property is super cute and clean. Close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Quick walk to the Beach. Water in the bathroom shower took a LONG time to get hot, but the hot tub was amazing and had a nice outdoor shower.

Excellent

I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, and this is one of the best. It’s one of the best because of the details. It’s well kept, and well appointed. And as a cherry on top, you can walk to the beach in 5-7 minutes. Highly recommended.

My Mom always wanted a beach home. She wanted to hear the waves breaking on the sand and feel the cool breeze on warm days. In 1989 she found her perfect Beach Bungalow but Dad said is was too much money. She wanted to share it with her new granddaughter from son #1 and I son #2 was going to get married. So I said I will buy half and our Beach Bungalow came to be. Many good times and memories. The 3 Grandkids are 21+ years and doing their thing. Dad passed in 2010 and Mom 88+ is in her own world. My Wife Angel, and I Sid, love to spend time at the beach and love sharing the Beach Home with others.
