Luxurious, Spacious, Great Views, Minutes to Ocean

Thanks so much for choosing to stay in my home. I'm so glad the home was large enough to add your children to the stay at the last moment! It was so nice to speak to you after your check-out and I was so glad that you shared with me that the house was super clean and lovely. I wish I had known that there was something that didn't feel like a 5-star experience and I would have attended to it immediately. Our goals is to always provide a 5-star stay!

Dear Kelly, I know you were unhappy that I wasn't able to accommodate your last minute request to change your reservation. We do have internet streaming on both TVs, we also had over a dozen wine glasses in the kitchen during your stay, and the hot water tap being loose feels a little more like a nice note you might have sent to bring it to my attention as we always appreciate feedback from our guests when it is kind-spirited. The ocean cliffs with spectacular views are a 4 minute walk from the house, but you are right, it's a little over a 10 minute walk to have your toes in the sand. Again, I'm sorry you couldn't cancel your reservation at the last minute and this seemingly left an unhappy taste in your mouth, hopefully you still enjoyed your time in beautiful Seacliff.
