Private Resort living experience for the whole family with lots of room for fun. This home features 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom with an inviting open Living Room concept and a spacious Kitchen. Large pool and Jacuzzi with adjustable heating system. The house is located at the entrance of Birch State Park and a block away from the Beach of Fort Lauderdale. Pack from us provided a beach wagon with beach chairs, Towels and umbrella and enjoy the Florida sun.

This new renovated entire House is where your holiday begins, where you can exchange the hustle and bustle of everyday life for a world full of tranquility and relaxation. Located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal in the upscale neighborhood of Dolphin Isles. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to the beach with private & free access. Wonderful 3/3 with dual primary bedroom suites (king size bed), both offer direct access and views to the oversized and totally private exotic garden.

Relax on the big cozy sofa. Smart TVs in every room. A home that reflects a sense of style and taste. Spacious open fully equipped kitchen w/ granite counters and stainless appliances, dining area for 6 people & breakfast nook. Tile & wood flooring.

Sonos is the ultimate wireless home sound system: a whole-house WiFi network that fills your home with brilliant sound, room by room.

Relax on the spacious lanai, have a BBQ with your family & friends or cool down in the resort style electric heated salt water pool and spa. Four sunbeds, lounge area and dining table. 1 car garage, more free parking on private drive way.
This unique corner lot offers total privacy with no neighbors to the east or to the south and boasts private neighborhood gate access to the Hugh Taylor Birch State Park just a few feet away. The park also adjoins the garden. Enjoy nature trails, a two-mile loop road for running, walking, skating and bicycling, shaded picnic areas, fishing, playgrounds, bike, Kayak and paddleboard rentals. 10 min drive to Las Olas Boulevard with fashion boutiques and art galleries, memorable restaurants, sidewalk cafes and bars.

Clean house in a great location, comfortably held our family of three. The pool was nice and shaded, very private back yard. Quick walk to beach and nature trails. Lovely neighborhood that is a close to many attractions.

The residence is absolutely beautiful with fantastic amenities (well appointed renovated interior/ pool and jacuzzi within a private backyard). The location is excellent, near the beach, high end stores and wonderful restaurants. The beautiful neighborhood is very quiet with very friendly neighbors. The walking trails within the national park behind the residence were a delightful bonus. Communication with Romina was excellent-thank you!

Great location and home is in very nice condition. Host provides all you need for going to the beach which is a short walk. A bit disappointed that the pool and hot tub heat did not work during our stay in January and did not get fixed during our stay.

Great property and location was 5 minutes from the beach. Had a small problem with the power upon arrival, not their fault, but the owner worked with us and we had a great vacation. Plan to stay there again on our next trip to Ft. Lauderdale.

Great location, great host

A few girlfriends stayed at this home to celebrate a birthday. We rented a golf cart and found the location of the house perfect for lots of options. We found the home clean and well-equipped. Most of all, the host's communication was top notch. Definitely recommend this one!

Lovely Dolphin Isles home

We truly enjoyed our stay in Romina's home. Loved in location, the heated pool and proximity to the park. The house is so comfortable and furnished with just the right furniture for a holiday. Loved the beds. Romina went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Thank you!!!

I love to be the host of our property since I understand the best how exciting it is to visit Fort Lauderdale.

Dolphin Isle is a very quiet /peaceful neighborhood. We have lived here for 2 years, and I decided that this will be a wonderful destination for families to vacation. Our property is located on a backstreet with very little car traffic.

The property is on a larger corner lot with just one neighbor to the right side of the property which makes it more private. Huge beautiful kept back yard with a Mango three (best mangos in town). In the morning you will hear the birds sign while you enjoy your coffee or tea and the beautiful Florida sun.
