We had a wonderful stay at Meeker house for family weekend at BGSU. The house is adorable and was perfect for our family. The location is close enough to walk to campus and the downtown area. The hosts are amazing and thought of every detail. They even left a sweet note and a gift card to a local coffee shop. I would absolutely recommend this house!

This was our second stay at the Meeker House. We love this place! The house is super clean, charming, and cozy, It’s in a quiet neighborhood that is easy to get around. Brian and Sarah are wonderful hosts who do a great job of communicating. They provided some nice touches that go above and beyond, such as fresh flowers, a welcome basket and a note. Our time at the house was superb! We definitely will stay again the next time we’re in BG!

PROS Nice place. As advertised and a good deal. Basic with some extra thoughtful amenities. Just right for what we needed! CONS: a bit musty but not too bad. Hot tub water, although mostly clean-looking, smelled like moldy socks and was deemed unuseable, unfortunately. A little more care for that amenity and a bit of landscaping and a simple privacy fence would make that perk work much better versus not at all.

We were disappointed to hear about your experience with the hot tub. We checked it immediately after your stay and found the water clear, odor-free, and the chemical levels properly balanced, so we’re not sure what may have caused the smell you experienced. We’ll definitely continue to keep a close eye on it, as we want every guest to be able to enjoy it. We also appreciate the suggestions regarding the landscaping and privacy. Thanks again for staying with us and for leaving the home in excellent condition!

This is a lovely, roomy but cozy house. Everything you need in the kitchen. Our mom’s traveled with us and they loved how nice it was compared to trying to get two hotel rooms. Easy check in and check out. I highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience! Bryan was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The welcome basket and note was a lovely touch. And the spare toothbrush was a lifesaver! Haha Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent

We stayed at this house twice recently, and we loved it both times. The house is very cute and very clean, just as shown in the listing. The location was great - close to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Recommended Property

My family and I stayed at the Meeker House property over the weekend and the house was just as described. The owners are friendly and responsive and the extra touches in the house were much appreciated! Would stay here again.

Perfect Falcon Retreat

We absolutely loved this house! It was clean, charming and in a great location…close enough to walk to downtown without the noise of downtown. The owners were excellent with communication. They even left some treats and refreshment to enjoy during our stay!

Holiday Visit

We traveled back to Ohio to spend time with family over the holidays and the Meeker House was perfect for us! There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The home was lovely and very well kept. We especially appreciated that it had been decorated for the holidays, making our stay feel more like home. The owner is very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

Best Bowling Green Stay!

We had a crew of 8 of us visiting bowling green for an Alumni reunion weekend and this house was perfect for our stay. 13 minute walk to downtown bars and restaurants, comfortable beds and a spotless house. All amenities look to have been recently updated, the place looks just like the photos if not better in person. Check-in was seamless with custom door code/keyless entry and the hosts were always quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend for larger groups or families!

Beautiful Home, Great Amenities

We had an amazing stay at the Meeker home! The pictures don't do it justice - it's so cozy and charming inside. There's plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, the whole place was clean and organized, and the house was well stocked with extras! The hosts really thought of everything. Bryan was quick to respond to questions and was great to work with. We'll definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Sarah and Bryan!

The Meeker House was just as described: charming! The house was perfect for our multi-generational family with ample space, suitable bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large, well stocked kitchen to accommodate 7 of us. The washer and dryer were a bonus. The grand kids enjoyed the play space with toys and puzzles. The house was in a great location on a quiet street that was close to the city park and near major streets. Brian and Sarah did a super job with communication. They were responsive, attentive, and thorough in providing information about our stay and about the house. We will definitely stay here again our next time in BG!
