Escape to the vacation of your dreams and enjoy fantastic views from the wrap around balcony in this beautifully appointed luxury 12th floor condo! Located directly on the famous Daytona Beach.
The unit has southern exposure to view Ponce Inlet
Lighthouse, Daytona Pier, and you could spot a rocket launch Kennedy Space Center. One hour from Orlando and Port Canaveral.
Perfectly suited for one family or two or a group of friends!
Sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Balcony access from every room! Located direct oceanfront complex you have access to all the amenities including underground parking for one car and additional parking above, large oceanfront pool, sauna with shower, well equipped gym, BBQ area with tables and grills, and gated beachfront area,
TVs and cable in each room, Wi-Fi, outdoor seating on balcony, and well equipped kitchen. Just bring your clothes!
This condo has everything you might need only blocks away from restaurants, movies, groceries, drug store, amusement parks, and of course Daytona Speedway is only a 15 minute drive.
Master Suite - Large room with 2 queen sized beds, TV with cable, private full bath with separate vanity, sliding door to the expansive balcony, large closet and dresser space

Guest Bedroom - Large room with 1 queen size bed and 1 full size bed, TV with cable, large closet and dresser space, sliding door to expansive balcony.

Living room/Dining room - Large space to enjoy family and friends with ample comfortable seating, dining table, TV with cable, equipped with plenty of games to play with the family after a day at the beach. Enjoy the view through the wall of windows with a slider for direct balcony access.

Kitchen - Newly renovated and equipped with toaster, Keurig, blender, microwave, full stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, dishes, all utensils, bowls, cookware, bakeware and everything else you would need to feel at home!

Wrap around balcony - Lots of seating and a dining table for al fresco eating. Walkway to the beach and outdoor shower for when you return.
Washer and dryer on the 12th floor, coin operated, Hotel style bedding and linens provided. Beach chairs and beach toys provided.
Must be 23 to rent. No smoking or candles permitted.

***Please note that there is balcony construction currently ongoing on the building and you may hear construction noise between 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday -
Friday.***

Our stay was wonderful. The host sent great directions for the condo. We loved the location right on the beach. The view was amazing. The condo had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. If we ever come back to Daytona, we will certainly try staying here again.

Awesome condo with great view & walkable distance to many restaurants at the pier and on seabreeze blvd. Easy parking underneath and lots of towels and beach gear.Condo building is undergoing repairs, so sometimes there's hammer drilling starting in the AM

The condo was right on the beach with a great view. It’s a little dated and there was construction work done but it didn’t interfere with our stay. The host was nice, had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay.

Our condo was amazing! The location offered easy access to the beach, and the breathtaking ocean views from the balcony were incredible. Everything was very well organized by the host, and we appreciated how easy it was to access the garage and the beach items provided for our room.The pool was also a nice break from the beach. The rooms and beds were spacious and very comfortable, and we loved the beautiful beach décor throughout the condo. It truly had everything we could want in a vacation rental.Our only complaint is that our stay wasn’t longer! We absolutely hope to come back and stay at this condo again. It was nice time spent with family, where we could meet up in one location in Florida. Thank you for providing your condo and such a wonderful vacation spot!

Refurbish going on during May 2026 stay so it wasnt the cleanest on the exterior. The room.itslef was great. Clean, everthring as pictured. Beds were comfortable.The manager was great and very accomodating.

Beautiful views and we were able to see a rocket launch from the balcony. Everything was described accurately, and basic essentials were supplied. Owner was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly.

Nice, simple 3 bedroom condo. 4 queen beds which were very comfortable. Large living room and dining area - perfect for a family dinner! Nothing real fancy, just clean and functional. Balcony overlooking ocean was great! Private pool and beach access. Building very secure and nice garage parking for 1 car made coming and going really easy and out of weather. Definitely would go back and stay longer if possible!
