Beautiful 2BR N of Grand near Downtown

We're located 5 minutes from Drake University and just off of I-235 for quick access to downtown or other locations in the city! We're in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Our home has some original features mixed with modern upgrades & design elements. This 2 bed/1 bath retreat is perfect for short stays, family stays, or long term guests.


Shopaholics will love the proximity to shopping centers like Jordan Creek Town Center, one of the largest malls in Iowa, offering a wide range of boutiques, department stores, and entertainment options. It's a shopper's paradise!

This neighborhood is sure to please, quiet enough for some peace, close enough to downtown for some action.

Parking: Just steps away from our Airbnb, there's a driveway. You'll discover a plethora of dining options, from local eateries serving up delicious Midwestern cuisine to trendy cafes and international restaurants. Nice Neighborhood but No Internet

This is the second time in a year that my family and I have stayed here. It is only 3 blocks from my son and his family. We neighborhood is very nice. There was no internet for the 7 days we were there. The couch was also broken. I noticed the cleaning was not up to what it had been in the past. Granted they had had a messy party leave just before us. If they fix the internet and cleaning, with a new couch, we will likely stay there again.
