Downstairs has a full bathroom, laundry room, twin bedroom, queen bedroom, second living room with a smart TV and 2 pullout twin sleep sofa’s. The house has a front porch and back deck for you to relax with large fenced in backyard. The house is conveniently located a quick 0.3 mile walk to the track and 0.9 mike walk to downtown Saratoga, with its outstanding restaurants and shops! Before booking, please know this is a quiet, residential neighborhood, and we ask guests be respectful of noise after 10pm. Our stay was very enjoyable. The location is ideal. It’s in very close proximity to the track and close to Broadway. The home was as advertised and immaculate. Check in was simple and the host was second to none. All in all, a perfect 10!

Wonderful Home and Great Location!

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at this house. It was very clean, modern, and comfortable! It was also very close to the track and restaurants/bars nearby which we were all easily able to walk to. We’d stay here again no question and the host was extremely easy to work with!

We have family local to the area, and have spent a lot of time in Saratoga over the past 35+ years. We love spending time at the track during the summer, but love the charming downtown area with its incredible dining and shops year round. The Saratoga Lake is beautiful for those looking to get out on the water. Saratoga has it all and we finally decided to put down roots and call it our own!

Why they chose this property

It's so easy to pop in to the track for the early races, come back for lunch in the afternoon, and make it in time for the daily feature race!! We also love being able to walk to town.
