Newly Built Lakefront Home - Less than 5 minutes to the track!

This is a beautiful home on an extremely private street that is just five minutes from the track and less than ten minutes from Broadway in downtown Saratoga. It was built last year and is the perfect combination of private lake luxury with easy accessibility to nightlife and more. Enjoy the privacy of the lake just outside your windows with the convenience of being near every restaurant, bar, golf course, track, spa, shopping and attraction you could ever want! Enjoy the beauty outside from the large private deck or the covered lower porch. You can also enjoy the view of the lake with breathtaking views out of two large sitting areas and two of the bedrooms.

Parking Policy: The house is on a small private street that is very quiet and surrounded by only the sounds of nature. Since this is a small and private road, we only have room for 2 vehicles to park in front of our house for your stay. One additional parking spot may be purchased from our neighbor and we can arrange that for you if you need to bring an extra vehicle. Saratoga is a town with limited parking options and more cars than that are not permitted at this rental. If you have other vehicles, they can easily be parked downtown (less then 10 mins away) in free 24 hour parking lots that are available for visitors.

GREAT house, really great location. Very nice inside. Would 100% stay again. Lake was really nice - just dont expect to swim in it, its all seaweed.

The house is in great shape with an awesome deck and view of the river. It was a 10-15 minute ride to anything in downtown Saratoga Springs and made it really easy to get to and from the race. The Blackstone made breakfast and dinner easy. The AC worked great during a very humid and hot weekend.

Always a good time.

This is our second year renting this property. We use it as a boys fishing trip on the lake. The property is always in good order. Plenty of room to dock 2 boats. Just a good place to kick back and relax or go fishing on the lake.

Great stay beautiful location on the lake.

We were visiting the area for a horse show and stayed at the house during our trip. It was a beautiful house and Jessica was extremely helpful and very responsive. House was exactly as represented and great location. Would absolutely stay again!

Everything about this rental was fantastic. The owners communication and information was spot on. Their home is new, spacious, clean, well stocked, and the location is perfect. There is limited parking but that was easy to work around. Hoping to go back again in the future.

Fantastic stay

A great spot on the creek - close to town, the track, the big amphitheater. Straight forward checkin, instructions, communication with the owner. Parking a bit of a challenge if you have a couple of vehicles. Would recommend and stay again.

Lovely Property

Nice place with lovely view of lake. Very clean and comfortable beds/furniture. Short distance to Saratoga Springs and easy drive to Lake George. Minimal parking with narrow road to property. Well stocked kitchen, would prefer to have a curtain over the kitchen window to ensure privacy. Would stay at this lovely property again.

Top Notch

Parking was somewhat limited but not an issue. Patio was great. Place was very clean. The view of the lake is great. The location is a little off the beaten path but it was perfect for what our group wanted. Would definitely stay again. Quick ride to track has a dock on saratoga lake.

Lakefront house

New house on Saratoga Lake, comfortably air-conditioned. Close to Thruway (87) and to Racetrack, easy drive into Saratoga town. Outdoor decks on two levels. Parking is a bit tight, but neighborhood is quiet. Would love to stay here again.

Nice home in quiet area. House had all the amenities needed. Not a lot a room for parking. Beautiful view of the water. There was a slight sewage smell in the neighborhood. Overall nice stay would stay again

Beautiful lakeside home

We loved the brand new home on the lake. Sitting out on the deck, watching the birds and river activity was lovely. The house is clean and comfortable- everything in perfect working order. The beds are very comfortable. We were a short drive from SPAC. Had food delivery service, but in a quiet country environment. Host was very responsive. Great overall stay!

Amazing Experience!

Everything about this house was perfect! Clean, centrally located, all the options you could want in a Saratoga Lake House. The owner was also very nice and extremely responsive, willing to answer every question and provide insight about the area. The views are second to none and we were even able to have a chartered boat pick us up directly at their private dock. The weekend was seamless and our group couldn’t have had a better time. I would stay here again ten times out of ten. Parking is a bit tough if you have more than 2 cars, but is manageable with 3 cars nonetheless as long as one car is a sedan. Without a doubt, this is where you want to stay on Saratoga Lake!
