Nuestro inmueble en Sunriver es un hermoso condominio ubicado en el corazón de la estación de la zona Sunriver con acceso cercano a la bicicleta / rutas de senderismo, golf, tiendas y restaurantes. monte actividades de licenciatura se encuentra a 20 minutos de distancia, así como las actividades maravillosas en la hermosa ciudad de Bend. La zona del complejo cuenta con campos de golf de 18 hoyos; montar a caballo; la natación, el tenis, el río Deschutes Marina de junta de paddle, kayak y canoa; y patinaje sobre hielo durante el invierno en el pueblo Sunriver. A great place!

The property was great! It’s really three bedrooms and was everything we could want. Marie was incredibly helpful and the views from this property are the best in Sunriver. Extremely quiet and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Views & Location

This condo has a great layout with two bedrooms downstairs, a large bathroom and a loft and bathroom upstairs. It's sits on a fairway and looks out over the horse pasture and Sunriver airport with fabulous views of Mt. Bachelor. The sunsets and wildlife viewing were wonderful from the deck. We also loved the location as it was a 10-15 minute walk to either the SHARC or Village. We would definitely come back to this place again.

Relaxing Retreat

Marie was very conscientious about making sure our stay was wonderful. She accommodated our check-in/out needs due to snowstorms. The remodel seems almost complete and didn’t cause any inconvenience. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and the bed was quite comfortable. The view was beautiful! Thank you!

One of a few newly renovated Meadow Houses in a perfect location!

The meadow houses are centrally located and have lovely lawns for kids to play on. But they are a notoriously old! This is a beautifully renovated Meadow House with updated appliances, finishes, etc. The owner could not have been more helpful and communicative! My parents are elderly and struggle with many things, and Marie was very accommodating. There were a few minor things she had addressed immediately (the patio umbrella was in a locked closet and the TV needed to be reset). We’re already planning our next stay!

The Perfect Sunriver Condo for Relaxing

I have to agree with the first reviewer -- I hesitate to write a review because we want to make sure we get this condo every time we come to Sunriver! But it's only right to share...this is a wonderful home with fabulous views of the golf course, meadow, airport and mountains. The condo would be very comfortable for a family -- especially if you have older children who can stay in the loft upstairs. Marie has done a fabulous job making it "feel like home" and it is well appointed with everything you need. This would be a great summer or winter rental and we intend to return again and again.

Very nice condo nestled in tall pine trees. The view is gorgeous and the location was convenient.

Great home with beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay at meadow house #51. We had two families but there was plenty of room for us to be comfortable. I loved all of the windows and the view of the mountains. It was well stocked with all kitchen and bathroom necessities. We would love to come back in the summer and use the cute patios!

Exceeded our expectations!

We walked in to a clean, air-conditioned, nicely-furnished, and well-maintained cabin/condo perfect for our brief summer stay at Sunriver. I'm fussy about well-used upholstered furniture when renting vacation rentals--some look like they have been around for 20+ years. It was difficult to tell from the pictures the condition of this rental's sofa and other furnishings but everything was new-ish and maintained well. Great place for our family of four that I will seek to rent again!

This home was a perfect home base for us! The view of the horse pasture was wonderful! The house was well stocked and family friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The passes to SHARC were well used.

So beautiful and relaxing!

We loved spending 5 days here. Our kids loved bike rides, the SHARC, playing in the snow, getting coffee and hot cocoa at The Village. We loved this place more than any other we've ever stayed in!

Loved it!

I love staying at Meadow house 51! The house is very comfortable with everything you need for a getaway! My favorite part is the big windows and the view of the mountain and gorgeous field behind the house. I have stayed several times and will stay again! Marie responds quickly to any questions and is very helpful! It's also really close to the village!

Fabulous location with a view across the 17th fairway toward the airfield and Mt. Bachelor. Nice and quiet but only a short (maybe 10 minute) walk to the village center. Plenty of space for all the usual activities (eating, sleeping, relaxing) with an outdoor deck toward the 17th fairway and side deck with a new grill. Really appreciated the prompt and concise communications with Marie. Would recommended for a family of 4-6 or largish group desiring a quieter location only a short distance away from the village facilities, shops, eateries, and businesses.

Sunriver Condo with fantastic views and location

We love Meadow House #51 because of it's location which is close to the nature center, observatory, stables, village mall and SHARC. With two kids (7 and 4) it's easy to bike to all of these locations from this condo. This is one of the most well equipped condos we've every stayed in here at Sunriver with everything you need (including SHARC passes). The property manager Marie is fantastic and incredibly helpful. The condo is perfect for a family and the views from the living room and deck are beautiful. You can see the horses, deer, geese, coyotes and hawks.

Perfect location for golf course and mountain views!

The condo was very comfortable and clean, but for us the best part of this condo was the view from the back deck - the perfect location to watch the action on the golf course and see small planes taking off from the Sunriver airport, all against the background of a perfect view of Mt. Bachelor. The condo is a quick easy walk to the Mall and very accessible to bike paths. The owner, Marie, was prompt in her responses and even offered us a late check-out as she didn't have anyone arriving the following day. We truly appreciated being able to take our time with a leisurely exit. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Marie!

Beautiful setting..

Love this location. Peaceful - you'll enjoy the golfers, who are quite entertaining! I rented "off season" which is best for me and it was so quiet. Beautiful views, close to Bend and many attractions and within Sunriver Resort. So many things to see and do. Home is very nice and owner is very, very responsive.

Clean, great view, great location.

I have stayed at this rental several times because it is always clean and the views off the deck looking onto golf course, meadow and river are so pretty and relaxing. We go to Sunriver/Bend for the Mt Biking and Skiing. (So I can't comment on the golf but have heard great things!) The location of Sunriver to Bend is great, one can enjoy the relaxation/family fun at the resort and also easily enjoy the great restaurants and brew houses of Bend. (A short drive or even a beautiful bike ride into town.) This condo is walking distance to many food options and the grocery store. It is two levels with a bathroom on each floor. I personally like the bed upstairs and waking to the morning sun. It you have time don't forget to visit the amazing Smith Rocks. Super beautiful and can watch people climbing rocks that you wouldn't think possible. I went climbing there last week for the first time in 20 years and it was a blast. So, long story short this condo is great, sit having a drink next to the fire and watching the sun go down. Take a dip in the hot tub at main Sunriver lodge or at the Turkish Tubs in Bend. As you can tell we go more for the activity side during the day and fireside at night. ***If you are bikers or have gear you dont want seen there is a side gated area to keep stuff out of sight.

outstanding place to rest, relax, and play

my wife and I came here to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and had an outstanding time. Not only is Sun River in the center of many wonderful activities and places to visit, but also this particular home is a wonderful place to stay. It has a beautiful golf course view in the foreground with mountains and volcanoes in the distance. The place is well equipped, quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it!

We love Sunriver, OR! This area has been a favorite vacation spot for our family for nearly 20 years. While in Sunriver, we love the sunset views off the mountain side patio, and the close walking distance to the Sunriver Lodge for outdoor concerts and golf .
