Super endroit! 8 couchages. Marchez jusqu'à SHARC & Ft Rock Park! A / C, SHARC PASSES

Profitez de ma maison de plain-pied magnifiquement rénovée sur Conifer Lane près de Fort Rock Park. Emplacement parfait pour marcher jusqu'au parc, SHARC ou centre commercial. Climatisation centrale (difficile à trouver dans Sunriver), WiFi, bain à remous, 8 passes d'utilisation illimitée à la piscine / parc aquatique SHARC et courts de tennis réservables. Sans laissez-passer, l'admission au SHARC est de 25 $ par personne et par jour. Je garde ma propriété propre et bien entretenue avec des draps et des serviettes haut de gamme.

Belle maison de trois chambres, deux salles de bain rénovées. Disposition parfaite - grande et lumineuse grande pièce avec un haut plafond voûté sépare la suite principale des 2 autres chambres et salle de bains.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king avec cadre en chêne massif, TV, lecteur DVD, une salle de bain principale avec comptoirs en granit, deux lavabos, une douche à double tête et un dressing. La deuxième chambre comprend un lit queen avec cadre en chêne massif, TV et lecteur DVD. La troisième chambre comprend 2 ensembles de lits superposés, une télévision et un lecteur DVD. Toutes les nouvelles serviettes et draps.

La grande salle s'ouvre sur la cuisine et la salle à manger. Les plafonds voûtés et les grandes fenêtres rendent les pièces lumineuses et gaies. Le grand canapé sectionnel peut accueillir un grand groupe. Regardez un film sur le téléviseur HD grand écran. Profitez des nombreux jeux, puzzles et livres. WiFi inclus. Restez au chaud et au chaud pendant ces nuits fraîches du désert en allumant le foyer au gaz.

La cuisine améliorée a des comptoirs en granit et des appareils à gaz en acier inoxydable. Il y a un barbecue au propane situé sur la grande terrasse qui s'étend sur toute la longueur de la maison et donne sur un espace vert et une piste cyclable.

Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement. Sur une voie calme, mais à 15 minutes à pied du Village Mall où vous trouverez des épiceries, des restaurants et des magasins et à 5 minutes à pied de Fort Rock Park pour profiter des courts de tennis, des structures de jeu et des aires de pique-nique. Des vélos de croisière pour adultes sont fournis. Un endroit très calme, loin des voies ferrées!

Cette maison a été conçue et meublée pour faire de vos vacances loin de chez vous un moment très spécial. Je suis fier de garder ma maison propre et bien entretenue. Contrairement à de nombreux propriétaires, j'habite à Bend et je suis disponible en cas de problème.

Ideal for families- great place to stay

We were with a family group and had a few cabins rented. Our cabin was ideal for us with 3 bedrooms, great facilities, very clean, bikes kindly provided, great hot tub and of course lots to do including SHARC which the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good Stay

It was a nice place. Not as well-appointed as some of the other homes in the area, but good enough for our 3 night stay. We couldn't find bath mats, and the kitchen could use some additional dishes, utensils. Location was perfect, and it was very clean.

This home was great. Had everything we needed, great location close to the park, AC worked well. Donna was very helpful and quick to respond when the front door lock’s batteries died - she came out and fixed it quickly while my family was at SHARC. Highly recommend

Family house

This house is perfect for family stays. There are two sets of bunk beds for kids and two other bedrooms for couples. It backs onto a bike path and is near SHARK recreation facility. Bikes in garage. Nice deck and hot tub.

Family Trip

We had a great trip with our family! We had two families (grandparents with us) including a 3 year old. The single level was perfect. The place was clean, bright, and a great layout. The location was great! A short walk to the park and a 30 min walk to the village. We will be back!

Great house, great location

The house was even better than pics; large deck, lots of closet space, bright kitchen and family room. One level with privacy. Only 1/4 mile from Flat Rock Park but no noise from it:)). Kitchen well stocked.

Nature recreation getaway!

We had such a relaxing and rejuvenating visit to Sunriver thanks in great part to our home base! The house is walking distance to the park, and a quick bike ride to the village. We loved having the bike path right out the back door and the cul-de-sac was great for scooting and getting to know our temporary neighbors. We went every day to the SHARC, and the location made it easy to stop by Bend a few times too to visit grandparents. This is a beautiful home and even more stunning in person - we would love to stay here again.

Loved it

My husband and I had a great time here. The house was perfect for us. The house was very clean and quiet. We were a couple, but a family would also enjoy it here. There was a very nice primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a well stocked kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with two bunk beds. I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this house for your stay.

Fantastic Accommodations and Location!

It was exactly as described. Lovely home in a great location. All the amenities needed for a fun stay. Spacious, nice outdoor deck with barbecue. (We did not use the hot tub - 100 degree plus weather). Easy access to great walking trails and our family really enjoyed the SHARC swimming area passes. It was hard to leave this morning but guaranteed we will rent this property again in the future.

Great location in center of Sunriver and very responsive and kind host. Very nice house for a family vacation at a reasonable rate. Our only small issue was no lighting in the living room area, just needs a couple of floor/table lamps possibly added. The hot tub was a wonderful option to come home too. So many fun activities near by and Sunriver has many amenities right out your door. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great New Year's stay!

The house is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is very well equipped and organized. Living room offers large sitting areas with new TV and cozy fireplace. Wi-fi connection and speed is great. On the deck there is a new jacuzzi with some nice functions like bubbles and jets. The house owner is very friendly and answers to your messages promptly. We love the house and the neighborhood. We plan to stay in there again sometime in the future.

Sunriver Gem!

We had a great time at Donna’s property. It’s a perfect location within the Sunriver complex - close to everything we wanted to do. The house is clean and well appointed, with super comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The indoor and outdoor living spaces have lots of nice seating and excellent amenities. Internet connectivity was reliable and strong. Donna was helpful and prompt when we communicated. We can’t wait to return!

I grew up in Chicago, graduated from the University of Illinois, moved to Portland in 1978, completed my MSW at Portland State and moved to Bend in 2009. This Sunriver home was my vacation getaway until moving to Central Oregon. I still enjoy Sunriver when my 3 children and their families come to visit. I love biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and all the year round activities in Central Oregon.
