The master bedroom suite includes a King bed with a view of the coastal waters, flat screen TV, dresser, closet space and adjoining master bath with tub /shower. The living room includes a comfortable queen sofa bed and an open floor plan allowing for all to sit comfortably around the dinner table and Livingroom and enjoy the water views or watch the evening news on the flat screen TV. There's all new kitchen appliances, cabinetry and the kitchen is fully equipped including kuerig & 10-cup coffee makers. The condo also has a private washer/dryer. Beach chairs and towels are available at the Boca Grande Club. Marina dockage and golf cart rentals available at Uncle Henry’s Marina and Cappy’s General Store right next door.

Perfection

Gail was a lovely & accommodating host. The unit is perfect for two people, impeccably clean, smartly renovated, bright, & very comfortable. I found the bedroom to be perfect, very spacious, comfy bed lots of pillows & a great view, the auto blinds were a nice touch! In the living area large windows provide beautiful views of the harbor where frequent visits from manatee’s & dolphins can be seen. It never gets old! A rented golf cart from nearby Kappys took us everywhere on island including the BG Club which the unit offers temp access to. The only negative was that it was too short a visit but I’ll be back to BG and to this unit! Thank you Gail…
