This home is only just over a half mile to the private Sheep Pond association beach. Sheeps Pond is a great place to swim, kayak or paddleboard. Plus, there is a great dock to swim out to. Parking is located at the end of Tupelo Drive with a parking pass provided. Another fresh water spot is Brewster Long Pond via WH Bessie Cartway. A bit of a walk but very enjoyable. And the bay is only 3 miles away at Breakwater Beach.

This is a relaxing 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area, living room with flat screen television offering cable and streaming, one full bathroom with combination tub and shower, and three bedrooms; the master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, bedroom two with a queen bed and bedroom three with 2 twin beds.

There is ping pong table located in the basement for your enjoyment.

In the back yard you can enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, or a delicious barbeque meal with seating at the dining table on the deck.
