Belle maison d'hÎtes calme et pittoresque Port scÚne! Droite sur le chemin de la ville avec 30 secondes de marche à l'eau et l'utilisation de la plage privée. Lumineux, ensoleillé et grande salle avec portes coulissantes en verre sur la terrasse en bois plein sud. Vues de Stage Harbor de la grande salle et d'un balcon. Acier inoxydable cuisine applianced équipé avec tout ce que vous avez besoin. Grandes chambres et salle de bains principale avec jacuzzi 2 personne! 1er étage: une chambre avec un lit king-size. 2Úme chambre étage dispose d'un lit Queen et deux lits. (S'il vous plaßt noter que nous ne fournissons pas les draps.) TV, magnétoscope et lecteur DVD dans den bas et petite télé dans la chambre à l'étage. Douche extérieure et barbecue à gaz, ainsi que d'un petit porche en face de l'Ouest pour une place de lecture tranquille. Venez vous détendre dans ce coin tranquille de Chatham!
Un endroit parfait pour une escapade en famille - la plage privée est calme et parfait pour les petits enfants ou tout simplement se détendre et lire. Chatham est une merveilleuse ville pittoresque avec des boutiques, des restaurants et la marche pittoresque. Nous sommes sur le vélo route panoramique par Stage Harbor et à environ un mile à pied au centre-ville, l'étang Oyster et lumiÚre de Chatham.

Another great year!

We stay in this house every summer - it’s been so many summers in a row that I have lost count! It’s the perfect house and perfect location for us. Steps from the water (and a view of it), close to town, and Karen is the best - super friendly and responsive. Already booked again for next year! If you are looking for a comfortable and cozy place with a glimpse of the water and the convenience of being close to town, this is your place!

Even better than description

An awesome house on a great property. The access to the private beach is what I was excited about and it exceeded all expectations. So much so that we barely went to other beaches and it was a quick walk to jump in the water and refresh. Great part of town too. Will try to come back next year!

Great location!

We try to come to Chatham every summer and this is one of our favorite house locations so far. Convenient to Main St, close to the water, and quiet. The layout of the house is great and we love the deck. Karen is a great host!

Cozy Cottage in Chatham

Light and airy...it was a perfect getaway...My only suggestion would be to mark the dirt drive as 23 B...and perhaps have a light on now that it gets dark early...Thank YOU...JLM

Off-season Rocks

We spent two weeks here after Labor Day. Chatham was still pretty busy. The cottage put us in an area that was great for walking and easy drive to most all Cape activities. Plenty of room and we’ll equipped. The few issues we had were quickly resolved.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a short drive into the cute town of Chatham and a short walk down to the beach! The home needs a few repairs but overall it was nice! We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely view of the sea.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great. I just wanted to bring to your attention that the door on.the downstairs bathroom often sticks and it’s hard to open. Also the upstairs toilet does not always full properly after flushing.

Return to Chatham

The house was nicely appointed and had a water view, with short, pleasant walk to the beach. Karen was very accommodating and quickly responded to my questions. Very clean. We had a week that wasn’t too hot. I think the downstairs would have been very uncomfortable if we’d had hot weather. An AC unit in the living room would be a good idea.

Amazing stay

Beautiful Memorial Day Weekend

I stayed at this lovely property with my husband and my parents over the long holiday weekend. We greatly enjoyed our stay - the house was furnished in a way that really felt like a getaway on the Cape, and the neighborhood and private beach in the back was very quiet and charming. It was easy to drive from the house to other parts of the Cape -- we went up and explored many parts of the National Seashore. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We cooked a few meals in the house and found it very easy to do so. Highly recommend others to stay here!

Our family has had a summer home in Chatham since my grandfather bought a vacation home here back in the 50's - before Route 6 existed! We built our home in 2006 and love to come relax and get away at the house. A morning or sunset walk on the beach, dinner at The Impudent Oyster, a visit to the Wellfleet Flea Market - all are great activities we enjoy when we are at the house. We can provide lots of recommendations for other things to do and places to explore on the Cape.

The quiet relaxing feel of this corner of town, the nice loop to walk / run and the quick walk to the beach to watch the boats bobbing at their moorings and the sailboats zigzagging across the harbor.
