Florencia 1 Condominios, con acceso directo a la playa, han sido un Padre largo tiempo favorito para los visitantes de la playa del verano y Winter Texans, que ofrece una ubicación conveniente y hermoso a un precio asequible. El edificio en buen estado cuenta con un ascensor, limitado aparcamiento cubierto, hermosa piscina, bañera de hidromasaje y una cómoda zona de patio con sillas de la sala.
NUESTRA ACTUALIZADA condominio frente al mar tiene pisos de cerámica, ventiladores de techo, balcón con vistas al golfo, 1 DORMITORIO CON REY, EURO-TOP COLCHÓN. La alcoba cama litera por el pasillo con cortina de privacidad (barandilla de seguridad en la parte superior literas) ofrece arreglos para dormir adicionales. Para mayor comodidad y seguridad, hay una cabina de ducha en el baño. La cocina está equipada con platos, vasos, ollas y sartenes, etc. Un televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar con cable básico. WiFi disponible. Lavadoras y secadoras en complejos comerciales.

The property has a great view and was super easy to find and access. Parking was great. The kitchen is well appointed. While we didn’t have any kids with us, the bunk beds are a super creative way to use space. The bed was comfy and the AC was on point!

Warm place to be

End of the summer getaway

Property was in a safe, clean area right along the beach. The view was amazing. Had a lot of fun at the beach and with the multiple excursions in the area. Also close to shops, restaurants and grocery. The condo was clean, pleasant and we all slept well. Check-in and out was painless overall a great stay!

Paradise on the Island

Renting was very easy, we had no issues with the property or methods to rent. The owner was polite and it was a wonderful place to relax and recharge.

Amazing!

We have stayed here many times and love it! Our kids really enjoy the bunk beds. The view from the porch is awesome. Love the property, love the owners! We will be coming back!

Was far enough away from the busy Claytons but close enough to walk. Location was great. About half way between Claytons and wanna wanna. Would recommend.

AMAZING

Couldn't ask for a better Host. Betty and her Husband were amazing. They had beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler for us to use. The condo was cute and cozy with an amazing veiw. Cant wait to come back.

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome

Great location, and closest proximity to the beach ever. This is the third condo we’ve stayed at, and this one by far had the most convenient beach access. It was perfect and we would definitely return again. The owner was fantastic and worked with us as we had to reschedule several times. Can’t wait to return! Love SPI!!

Fantastic Condo

We had a fabulous vacation and this condo was on point! It is super clean, has all the amenities in the kitchen that you need, super quiet and the view is breathtaking! The owners are fantastic and very accommodating! If you are looking for a condo, this one will definitely not disappoint. We will be back! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Beautiful Location

Wonderful stay, great views

Condo was fantastic. Views were great of the Gulf. The Friday and Saturday night fireworks show was fun to see. Condo has a great view of the fireworks. It was really nice to be able to walk out of the condo and right onto the beach. Having use of the beach umbrella, auger and chairs allowed us to enjoy the beach every day. Betty and Bob (the hosts) were awesome. Great communications and recommendations for restaurants (Sea Ranch, Blackbeards, Lobo del mar) was awesome. Highly recommend.

Little piece of paradise

Our stay was amazing. The room was perfect and the view was incredible. Happen to meet the owners while there, who were so kind! If anything I would suggest black out curtains for the living room. Found out last minute we were taking MIL who slept on the very accommodating and comfy pull out couch. It was just bright in the mornings. Definitely not a deal breaker by any means bc there was so much to love! Thank you Ms. Betty for sharing your little piece of paradise.

The view was spectacular. The kitchen was well appointed. The bed was comfortable. We were dissapointed in the cleanliness of the condo. It needs a deep cleaning. The furnishings were uncomfortable and not clean. After seeing other condos and speaking with other vacationers we came to realise we we overcharged by guite a bit.

ONLY Drawback was Beach Restoration

All was as expected thanks to communication with property owner who gave us advance notice of beach restoration taking place in front of property during our stay. Betty went over & beyond & quickly responded to the many questions my husband & I had about the restoration process - - even sending pics & videos so we knew exactly what to expect. I realize beach restoration won’t be a factor for future guests, but wanted to share given the awesome experience with the property owner. Condo was very clean, comfortable & exactly as presented /described on line (…bathroom was actually larger than expected - - always a plus). We will definitely check availability to stay here again on future visits to SPI!

A relaxing spot

We have spent Christmas week each year for many years at South Padre (always in "Florence" or "Florence II") and love this stretch of the beach. It is between the action, so you are right on the beach but away from the noise and crowds. So, we love it. The balcony is perfect for sitting for hours reading, people/bird watching, relaxing. The water is close enough you can come and go multiple times a day. I walk a couple of blocks to the gym each morning. My wife walks a couple of blocks to her coffee shop. It really is perfect for us. This was our first time to rent a 1 bedroom condo so we were concerned about space (no guests with us this time) but the 1 bedroom was perfect for just the two of us. We will be back next year!

Amazing host, so close to the ocean!!

We had an amazing time despite the storms. The condo was so quaint and just the respite we needed to bring in our 30th year together. It was so relaxing watching the waves from the couch snuggled up. The hot tub was so hot and relaxing. Betty was an amazing host! She was so easy to contact and we had everything we needed.

We relocated to South Padre Island in 2007 from Austin, TX. Truly a dream come true!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Family vacations were always spent on South Padre Island. AND almost always in Florence I. It was a great place then and it's still a great place today! Now our grandchildren love it too!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This condo is on the 6th floor with an amazing view. The sunrise is breathtaking in the mornings, the afternoon shade on the balcony is a great place to read or nap or watch the waves, and the moon on the water is unbelievably beautiful! Fireworks on Friday & Saturday nights from April through October can be seen from the balcony, the pool area or standing on the beach. **Umbrella and 2 beach chairs available upon request. $50 cash deposit to be refunded with security deposit after checkout. No rental fee for these items.
