Everything was Great. The Beachfront is walkable.The ocean view is great from th wrap around deck. The house is very quiet and no close neighbors.

The place was clean and kitchen was up to date. Only bad thing I would say is there was no place to put your clothes away in master bedroom. But great place otherwise!!!!!

nice spot could use couple fixes

house was nice inside fit two couples nicely, plenty of kitchen stuff you would need cooler and couple chairs and some fins and mask to use. outside deck was little worn went through a deck board going downstairs. owner fixed very fast. great views close to hull beach a plus. Overall, not a bad rental with fee upgrades it could be great.

Amazing

We had an amazing time, everyone thanked me for finding this location. The views from the porch drinking your morning coffee or relaxing at the pool are stunning. Look forward to stay again. Peter is a wonderful host!

Eden estate villa

Villa bien divisée avec deux grandes chambres. Bien équipée et climatisée. Vue sur la mer époustouflante. Service exemplaire de la part du gestionnaire, rapide et efficace!À noter que se stationner peut être difficile pour certains conducteurs. Aussi, 37 marches entre le stationnement et la propriété. Un autre 26 marches pour aller à la piscine. Donc personnes avec des problèmes de mobilité, nous vous recommanderions de vous abstenir. Saint-Thomas offre une grande possibilité d’activité avec de nombreuses plages. Éviter les plages gratuites où on offre des chaises car les croisiéristes y viennent en très grand nombre.Certainement une destination à découvrir et une villa très agréable pour y séjourner.Montréal, Québec, Canada

Breathtaking view!

We visited right after hurricane Ernesto so it was a little rocky start (was not host fault)! Overall it was a wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was a very nice addition to the property! We sat on the deck overlooking a spectacular view while we grilled and ate dinner! Would go back!

Perfect Retreat for the Week

We wanted to return to Hull Bay and this was the perfect house. Privacy yet close to everything including snorkeling and the bars on Hull Bay. Everything we needed was at the house , towells , kitchen utencils , the grill , a pool. Peter our host was awesome and his communication was great. If you can get by the stairs and the usual island drive and relize that youve rented a house on a cliff in paradise , this house wont disappoint.

Great Experience

This was an awesome experience! Peter was a great host! Started by meeting us at the car rental place and leading us to the house. Got us some ice for the ice chest, gave us a tour. Peter was extremely responsive to all my text when there was any questions or things that needed to be addressed. Very kind and professional. Highly recommend!

View of a lifetime

The eden view villa far exceeded our expectations. Our family of 6 enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck every morning and evening. There are quite a few stairs. For anybody who has mobility problems this may not be for you. The gentleman who hosted us went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and even met us at our rental car place and showed us the way to the grocery store and property. We will definitely be back!

Amazing vacation

The house was just perfect for us. Takes a bit to get to many places, but that’s kind of the point! Loved the Hull Bay Area. Loved the separate master quarters since our kiddos are older.

The view was spectacular. The property manager went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The roads are treacherous and as an older couple alone we felt stranded . Not an area you can walk. Never saw any other people. 3 flights of steps to get down to pool which was nice but proved to be too much. Also 3 flights up to driveway. Not easy for carrying groceries. We spent 2 weeks unable to see the sights or beaches.it was our 50th anniversary and we were very disappointed.

Nice Views of Hull Bay/Ocean

We have been to St Thomas several times...first time staying on this side of island. The house was nice and great views. It is a bit more hilly than other parts of the island. It was very convenient and comfortable for our group of four. Peter met us at the airport and showed us the way. The house is a bit dated and could use a few updates but we really liked it. When we first arrived there was an issue with the internet but Peter worked with the company and it was up and running the next day. Again, a little bit of TLC is needed (doors, one ceiling fan not working, etc.) but we would definitely stay again when we visit. We had a great time!

The place was beautiful. GPS does not work and use Apple Maps or waves on the island.

Peter the host was amazing. We were lost coming home and called him he got us home by landmarks. He helped us navigate to the ferry going to St Johns. He answered every time I called. The views are spectacular.

Poor management put a damper on this gorgeous property

We really LOVED this property but poor planning put a damper on our stay. Beautiful home, view, just gorg! Perfect for 2 couples! 1. When we arrived at the property it was HOT inside. The AC had not been turned on for our arrival so we had to wait for the house to cool off. At that time Peter found out the AC in the LR/kitchen did not work or the MB. This was Sat evening. An AC repair did not arrive until Mon morning. We were dressed and waiting to go out and start the day but he was there for at least 5 hours. We wasted a whole day there waiting around for him to be done. 2. The 2 fans out on deck did not work either along with the lights on them. One got fixed Wed aft and the other didnt get fixed at all while we were there. At night we used a flashlight on the table to see. 3. Upon our arrival, Peter skimmed the pool. 4. Main TV remote didnt work. Batteries were out. It was Wed aft before Peter got new batteries to us. Had we known it was going to take 3 days, we would have purchased them ourselves. 5. Dead bugs on floor on arrival. All of this should have been checked BEFORE a guest's arrival, not while there. If these issues were addressed before arrival they could have been taken care of The 35 steps down to the house should be in the description. Someone with mobility issues would need to know this. Not sure where the cabana was? Deck is badly in need of repair. Boards lifting up. Unsafe I emailed Chad a week ago re these issues but I have yet to hear back.

Million dollar view

The house was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and large bathrooms. The view from the front deck was fabulous. We had coffee out there in the morning and several dinners while watching the sun set. Very helpful to have a washer/dryer. We loved the outdoor shower after a day at the beach but having the pool was great for an afternoon dip. Hull Bay and Megan’s Bay beach a short drive but there aren’t too many restaurants on the north side of the island. Caution to anyone not comfortable with driving on steep narrow roads or with mobility issues. There are many steps down to the house and down to the pool. I actually enjoyed the exercise! We ate dinner at the house most nights so we didn’t have to drive after dark. Very enjoyable stay.

Chad has lived in St. Croix during most of his childhood, only leaving to attend military boarding school. He returned to continue to enjoy all that St. Croix and the Caribbean have to offer. He loves to boat, fish, snorkel, scuba and sail. Due to his upbringing on the island of St. Croix, with its diverse history and culture, his travels have been a representation of this fact. Traveling as far as the Philippines, Thailand most of Europe and South America, Chad has emerged himself in each and every areas food, people, music and culture. During his life adventures he found a partner that not only enjoys the very passion to travel but has opened the doors to new life adventures. With the expansion of his family to include their son, they continue to travel creating wonderful memories. Of course their first family trip was to St. Croix for Christmas carnival, which was nothing short of amazing. When not attending to guests needs Chad is a Full time Firefighter/Paramedic for Palm beach County Fire Rescue. For Chad, life has so much to offer, he works hard and plays even harder because he feels it's not only good to take care of the community but it's great to seize the moment. He hopes to hear from you so he may assist you with your vacation travels.
