Stunning Bonefish: 3/3 Water View & Pool

1st Level: Entry Way: Leave your shoes and worries at the door. Here you will find beach towels, a bench, and hooks for your belongings.

2nd Level: Up the stairs to the main living area, enjoy a comfortable living area with a Smart TV/Cable. Enjoy cooking or entertaining in a well-stocked chef’s kitchen while overlooking the open-concept living area. The dining table has a butterfly expansion for seating up to 8.

The patio is a great place to enjoy coffee or watch the sunset with cocktails overlooking the marina. During the spring/summer, you can often see the manatees that sun themselves in the marina.

On this floor, you’ll have access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The charming 'Ocean's enSuite' sleeps 2 adults or children with two (2) twin beds. The room has toddler books, games, and toys. You will also find in the closet stocked with a pack-n-play, and linens; a high chair, and a potty training seat.

3rd Level: 2 King enSuites & Laundry. Up the stairs, there are two (2) en Suites: “Captain’s Quarters” with marina views of vibrant turquoise and emerald water. Enjoy a luxurious king bed with percale sheets, lofty hypoallergenic pillows, a walk-in closet, and a flatscreen tv. The private bathroom includes double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a gorgeous soaking tub along with toiletries and hotel-grade towels. There is a designated workspace for those who need to plug in while unplugging.

“Sunshine Lookout”- The second ensuite is a joyfully decorated spacious room with a king bed with percale sheets and lofty hypoallergenic pillows, a large walk-in closet, a flatscreen tv, and a private full bath. While you might be ‘out of the office,’ there is also a workspace in case you have to check your email. This suite overlooks the lush greenery of the 4-acre grounds.

A decorative hallway separates the two rooms. The laundry area includes eco-friendly supplies and a brand-new LG stackable washer and dryer.

Bonefish Yacht Club is a small community adjacent to the Bonefish Marina with resident owners, seasonal snowbirds, and a handful of families.

The incredible sunsets from the Marina Pier are a great way to end the day with a line in the water or a cocktail in hand (or both if you are very talented).

The community pool is heated/cooled to 86/87 degrees and well maintained. We have beach towels and bags so you don't have so just pick out your favorite swimsuit.

We are < 5-minute drive from CoCo Plum Beach where we often start our day with a walk along the shore or end our day looking for hermit crabs and shells.
