Summary:
Welcome to The Grays Lane PEC, just minutes from Sandbanks Beach. This private cottage is located on a 1.5 acre treed lot in the perfect Prince Edward County location.

This home is fully licensed per Prince Edward County bylaws (ST-2019-0178).

The Space:
Cozy cottage charm yet professionally designed with high-quality furnishings and all the amenities you need to be comfortable. The large front porch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the epic Prince Edward County sunsets.

There are 3 private bedrooms and The Grays Lane can comfortably sleep up to a maximum of 6. The large living room is perfect for relaxing and entertaining with friends. There is a separate dining/sunroom off the kitchen perfect for dinner parties. Enjoy summer and autumn days and nights on the large covered patio with comfy outdoor furniture overlooking private grounds. As well there is a large fire pit for nightly bonfires.

If you love to cook the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker and there is a propane BBQ on the second patio just off the sun room.

The master bedroom has a King Size bedroom and the 2nd bedroom and 3rd basement bedroom have Queen Beds. Each bedroom has high quality Brooklinen sheets. The fully stocked bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and a hair dryer. There are also Brooklinen Turkish beach towels available for guests.

Guests access the entire home and the 1.5 acre private lot, nothing is shared and guests enjoy it all to themselves.

We use a digital system that allows guests to access the property without keys.

The Neighborhood:
There is so much to do in Prince Edward County but one of our best features is The Grays Lane fantastic location:

- 5-minutes away are the beaches of Sandbanks Provincial Park
- Just outside of Sandbanks is the Outerbanks restaurant (with fabulous pizza, deserts and ice cream) as well as mini golf
- 7-minutes away are the cute shops and antique stores of Cherry Valley
- 15 minutes away is the famous Slickers Ice Cream Parlour in Bloomfield
- 12 minutes away are the grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, markets and shopping in Picton
- 20 -minutes away are the vineyards, beaches and restaurants in Wellington

Getting Around:
It is easy to get around by car or by bike, you are a short distance to Sandbanks Beach, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream parlours and much more.

Only two of us. House definitely large enough for 3 couples. Great location, minutes to both Picton and the Sandbanks. Host was very quick to respond to questions. Bonus that dogs are allowed.

Spacious but cozy cottage in a peaceful and secluded spot. Everything was nicely maintained, and basic amenities were provided. There's even a swing and side set in the front yard but it needs a good hose down. We also really enjoyed the solarium. Hosts were highly responsive and helpful. Only 12 minute drive to the beach, which was great!

Great location and very nice house

The cottage is away from other houses which is great. The house has all the amenities that are needed. The owner is super responsive. Only 5-7 minutes to the beach at Sandbanks. Information provided before the stay included the pass number and advice on how to book the reservation to the beach. We were 4 adults and we really enjoy our time there!

I recently stayed at Greys Lane and it was perfect for us. The check-in process was seamless, and Parker provided clear instructions. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Loved the balcony and the big yard. Thanks again for your hospitality.

6 Grays Lane is a beautiful private location between Downtown Picton and SandBanks Provincial Park. There is so much to explore no matter the weather! The kitchen is fully equipped, the shower relaxing and the 2 bedrooms upstairs very comfortable! We cant wait to come back!

The house is very well located just a few minutes from the entrance to Sandbanks Park if you are a beach goer. Comfortable beds and nice front porch area to enjoy in the mornings with a coffee or in the evening with some wine and cheese. Close to the wineries and a short drive to Picton. Parker responded quickly to questions and was helpful. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch.
