Lana is an excellent host.

We spent 35 days in the apartment which is spacious, pleasant and with a wonderful ocean view. Lana is an extremely organized and attentive host and gave us all the necessary information in writing. So we do not even need to get in touch because we know exactly how to act since our arrival. You do not have to worry about having someone waiting for you to give you the key to the apartment, as well as leaving a lock box and leaving another key for the concierge. Lana also does not require check-in and check-out with hard hours being malleable on this item. I strongly recommend renting this apartment.

Sunrise condo.

We stayed at Lana’s condo for 30 days from Feb. 1 - Mar. 2, 2024. It is situated perfectly to catch the sunrise over the ocean every morning and hear the waves all day. While there were a few areas of the condo that were showing their age, we had a comfortable, relaxing stay. When we pointed out a few things that might need attention to Lana, she informed us of plans to make the necessary improvements once current construction of the condo building was completed. There was a lot of work being done on the building, but it was confined to work hours and we still had access to the pool. The condo is well equipped for all your needs. Comfortable bed, incredible shower, free BBQ’s. Lana did a wonderful job providing us with necessary information. She was very prompt with replies and very pleasant to communicate with. The location of the condo, while being steps from the ocean, is not very walkable to shops or restaurants. So a car is a necessity. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
