Wake up to ocean breezes at The Tides! This bright 1BR/1BA beachfront condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults plus children, making it perfect for families or small groups. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with sofa bed + cable TV, and a private balcony. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Enjoy resort-style amenities including a heated outdoor pool, gym, game room, garden area, direct beach access, and complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. Family-friendly with high chair + Pack ’n Play available upon request.

The building offers 24/7 security, paid on-site parking, elevator access, an office/work room, package reception service, and a convenient café + mini market inside the condo with delivery available.

You’ll also be close to popular restaurants, cafés, shops, Walmart, Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Park, and the Hollywood Broadwalk. Plus, our host is always just a phone call away if you need anything during your stay!

Perfect Beach Spot

Location to beach was great, apartment had beach chairs and umbrella. Not a ton of food options within walking distance, and the building is a bit older and could use some upkeep, but definitely served our purpose for quick beach get away.

Affordable luxury. The condo was clean and had all the basics needed. The beds were super comfortable. Laundry room available on every floor. We enjoyed cooking our own meals. The property is very nice with a resort feel. The pool area was relaxed and the beach area was family friendly. Parking was easy. We felt safe with the required fob for property doors & elevators. We would stay again.
