Great house for a large group

The house was great, ample room for our group of 11, it was clean, lots of amenities we needed and the pool was great to have.

RENTER'S BEWARE

The house is a nice house.....BUT.......there are no rooms to sleep in on the first floor. Master bedroom is locked up so you can't use it. The garage is non accessible. You can't use it to park you car in. YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO PARK ON THE STREET OR IT WILL GET TOWED AWAY and you have to pay for it to get it back. Your not allowed to park 4 cars in the driveway because you'll be blocking the sidewalk.....and the cars that are blocking the sidewalk will be towed away. SO INCONVENIENT. You have a house to sleep so many people but where do the people park all the cars. You can't even have people come visit you because they can't park anywhere. The only place to park is the clubhouse and even then there are restrictions. You only can park til 10 pm. So if you have a large party of people that can only fit 2 cars in the driveway good luck to you. We also paid for the pool to be warm when we stayed there for the week and it wasn't. Just a horrible stay at this house for convenience. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED if you have a large group of people ESPECIALLY the parking situation. YOU DEFINITELY DON'T WANT THIS PLACE.

Perfect!

This home is perfect for anyone looking to stay and be close to the attractions or just to sit back and relax. Everything was fully stocked for all our needs ( there was even some Kuerig cups to get us started for a few days). We will definitely book this property again when in the area. JR was very helpful in answering any questions or concerns.

Beautiful and very comfortable

We did have issue with the internet and the Tv but the owner fixed it rt away. We were there with entire family and everybody was buoyed the stay. Kids loved the pool after long day at the universal park. Will recommend for any body.

Extra clean and super close to Disney!

We just got back from renting this beautiful, spacious and extra clean home. It was well maintained and the owners were so helpful as we planned our perfect family holiday. We had six people come and we could easily accommodate a lot more without feeling crowded! The kitchen had everything you needed and the convenience of the washer/dryer made it easy for packing light! I loved the convenience of the screened in pool for watching the kids go in and out without the hassle of hauling things to another area. We stayed on Disney property the last time we came and now that I know how much better this option is, I will definitely be back. This home is only 10 minutes from the Disney gates. You don't have to wait for buses to get you to the parks and put up with all the stops, you can drive there in no time at all. With the full kitchen and all of the seating area for families, you can buy your own groceries which will save you in the end. It is off the main road and there plenty of restaurants and stores/outlets close by. I have been telling all of my friends/family about it since I came back. It's a great vacation spot!

Awesome!

Absolutely beautiful accomodations! The house was very clean upon arrival, the beds were comfortable, and plenty of room. The location is perfect for a family visit, as it is literally just minutes from the gates of Disney/Epcot/Universal. Shopping was close as well, very near multiple outlet malls. I would strongly recommend this vacation home to anyone!

We will be back!!

We had an incredible time staying in this house!!! Our group was a total of 13 people including kids ranging from 3 months to 14 years. Everybody had a blast! The house is spacious and functional. It's totally a vacation place, but has all the comforts of home. With your very own pool in the private backyard and a larger, shared pool up the street (exclusively for the residents/visitors in the gated community) you can easily make a great day of staying in for the day and enjoying the house. Conveniently located near all tourist attractions which makes it easy and provides a stress free day of enjoying sights like Disney and Universal without having to worry about travel times. The management company is extremely accessible in the event that you need anything else to perfect your stay. We were absolutely happy we made the decision to stay in this house and we look forward to returning again someday. Happy vacationing! :)

Amazing Vacation House

We had an amazing vacation at this house. It was very spacious (we had 12 people staying there) and with that many people in one house, we never felt like we were on top of each other. It was new and very clean and had all the ammenities we needed (bedding, towels, comfortable beds, lots of TV's etc). The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed it every day. It was very quite neighbourhood and very convenient to all the Parks as well as shopping. We have recommened it to all of our friends who are thinking of visiting Disney. It is a beautiful house and we can't wait to go back!

Amazing Villa

This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. Whether you are a couple or a larger group this home has everything for everyone! We loved that it is close to all parks, shopping and entertainment. The area is very quiet and well kept and the Clubhouse with its game room and fitness area is great for the days you're just staying at the resort. We loved that everything in this villa is new and modern and well maintained. There was nothing we went without or needed. The owners were also very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. I would highly recommend this villa to families, groups or couples visiting the area. I know we will definitely be back!
