Tucked into a quiet Kissimmee cul-de-sac, this spacious 5-bedroom home gives a group of up to 12 the kind of breathing room that makes a vacation feel genuinely unhurried. The fully renovated two-story layout keeps families together where it counts - in a bright, open-concept living area - while offering enough privacy that everyone gets their own retreat by the end of the day.

 

Living space

The ground floor centers on a wide-open living and dining area designed for easy gathering. There's generous seating for the whole group, a large entertainment setup, and board games on hand for evenings in. The kitchen has been fully updated with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a full suite of cooking essentials, a dishwasher, and everything you'd need to cook for a crowd - from a blender and coffee maker to wine glasses and a BBQ grill out back. A dining table, patio or balcony access, and outdoor furniture extend the options further when the weather draws you outside.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The ground-floor primary bedroom offers a king bed and an expansive wheelchair-accessible bathroom with dual sinks, plus direct sliding door access to the pool area - ideal for guests who prefer to avoid the stairs. Upstairs, a second primary bedroom has its own private bathroom and ample closet space. A family bedroom on the second floor fits a queen bed and two single beds, with its own private bathroom. Two additional second-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a full bathroom with a bathtub. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and full bed linens are provided throughout.

 

Outdoor area

The screened pool area is the heart of the outdoor space - lounge chairs and a dining table sit poolside, all protected from the elements. Beyond the pool deck, a large fully fenced backyard gives the group a safe, private space to spread out. Note that the pool is not heated. A BBQ grill with utensils and outdoor furniture complete the setup for relaxed evenings outside.

 

Family extras

A pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, and children's dinnerware are available for families traveling with young children.

 

Getting around

The home sits within easy reach of the region's major attractions. Disney Springs is about 8 miles away (roughly 15 minutes), Walt Disney World Resort is approximately 10 miles (20 minutes), SeaWorld Orlando is around 12 miles (20 minutes), Universal Studios Orlando is about 15 miles (25 minutes), and Orlando International Airport is approximately 18 miles (25 minutes). Old Town Kissimmee and Gatorland are each within 10-15 minutes.

 

Practical details

Free parking is available in the garage and on the street. The home has a smart lock for self check-in. A washer and dryer are on-site. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM; checkout is by 10:00 AM. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are permitted.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and the private pool and backyard.



You will also have access to:

* A two-car garage for secure parking.

* A large private driveway that can accommodate three additional vehicles.

* Total on-site parking for up to five vehicles.

* Checkout: By 10:00 AM

* Starter Supplies: We provide an initial supply of essentials to get you started, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, and washer pods. For longer stays, you will likely need to purchase additional items.

* Pool: Please be aware that the private pool is not heated.
