This was a very nice property! There were a few cosmetic interior issues such as one side of the curtain rod hanging off, the bedroom clock needing batteries, and no dish towel. Other than that, we turned this property into a temporary home and hosted a comfortable Family gathering for about 30 people.

Great weekend with friends

Our group stayed for a weekend to go to a concert. Host was very responsive, yard was excellent, and the house was clean.

Location and house

The house was very clean and well stocked. The location of the house was close to the freeway and restaurants. We will be back!

IMCA Stay

Overall, this location was perfect for our needs. Close to our Ironman event and perfect for getting around. Plenty of space for our family and friends and a huge backyard to relax and enjoy the amazing weather. Hosts were very responsive to questions and attentive to follow-up. Great hospitality. Definite recommend

I had to initiate contact night prior to arrival to request check-in information. Received a prompt response that the info would be sent, but did not receive the actual info until close to arriving the next morning. Also messaged through the VRBO app about checking in early - no response received. Immediately upon arriving, the overwhelming smell of marijuana was evident in the house. (Signs posted in unit state no smoking or vaping). Soon thereafter, we messaged host about the smell and issues we were having with TV. After 1/2 hour, we resolved issues with TV and messaged host to inform him. The following afternoon (24 hours later), we received a response from host. He did offer to send cleaners and purifier. We were able to air out the house enough w/o cleaners and purifier.Location was excellent. Appeared to be a very family friendly, quiet neighborhood. 10 minute to downtown Sacramento. 10 minute drive to airport.

Family trip

Our stay was disappointing as the pictures are deceiving. The living area and back yard are a good size but the guest bedrooms are small. The interior is dated and in need of repairs and new paint. Transitions between the different floor treatments are broken or missing creating a possible trip hazard. The kitchen was minimally stocked with pots and pans and there were exactly 6 place settings for dining purposes making cooking and eating difficult. The host did respond to concerns of ours but due to the short stay they were not able to be corrected. Neighborhood is quiet and in a good location.

The Vrbo app was not working well for either of us. We messaged each other at times using the text message within the app and other times via email or cellphone.
