The house was great. 3 BR and 2 BA. Master suite downstairs and 2 BR with a shared bathroom in the hallway upstairs. Each upstairs bedroom has a queen and bunk bed. It would be great for families. The location is 4.6 miles from KU football stadium. It was clean and there were some nice amenities like extra trash bags, snack crackers and baggies. We would stay again if we’re ever in Lawrence.

We were so lucky to find this last minute opening for graduation weekend. This home was so cozy and the perfect place to relax between all of the events. We highly recommend this townhome!

Property was easy to access, and was very tidy and cozy. Had comfortable living room furniture which was perfect for our girls’ group. Plenty of beds and kitchen had everything we needed. Great stay!

The rental was in a nice neighborhood, and overall the home was well kept. The air had not been turned on prior to our arrival and due to it being in the 90's that day, the home was 84 when we arrived, which was a bit frustrating because it took several hours to cool. The host did apologize and noted they turned on the wrong unit by accident. We had control of the thermostat for the stay so it was nice to be able to adjust to our comfort. There were also a few dirty dishes left in the dishwasher by prior guests. Other than those small issues it was a great stay, great location and the host was responsive and polite.

Great rental!

We stayed the week of Christmas. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room to relax and get a good night's sleep. Would stay here again if we will be in the area.

Fantastic place for a big crew.

Stayed here with my large family for a sport tournament. It was a perfect location, very clean, and we were able to sleep all of us comfortably. Would highly recommend.
