The house has just been renovated top to bottom including a new kitchen, bathrooms, front deck and backyard spaces. Plenty of room for family sizes of all types and ages to enjoy near the local attractions or to simply relax on the deck or next to the fireplace.

The kitchen offers a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and all cookware/dishes/utensils. A propane grill overlooks the lake for those summer cookouts. There is complimentary wifi Internet access, Roku smart tv's, and a desk just in case work gets in the way.

Located on East Lake Road, the street is quiet and perfect for running, cycling, and walking your four-legged friend. But don't fear, with Hammondsport and Penn Yan a short drive away, you are never far in case you forget something. There is always something to do in the area with wine tours, local museums, boating, fishing, and more!
