This spacious level boasts a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable Air conditioned bedrooms. Enjoy the privacy of the ground floor while knowing the upper levels are not accessible, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive retreat for your stay.

Guests have sole access to the entire ground floor, the private patio with adjoining lawn and spacious parking.
