welcome to this spectacular and private vacation house close to everything..

this home has 5 bedroom home, 3 bathroom, 1700 Sq of living space, and sleeps up to 9 people, the home is fully furnished and equipped with everything that you need to enjoy your vacation.
the fully-equipped kitchen has all the pot, pans dishware, glassware, and cooking utensils you'd need to cook.
you will enjoy the breakfast nook which seats 4 or the dinning table for 6 people.
sometime we just need to seat and watch a movie or listen music, ours living room is perfect for that , we have vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan, two very comfortable sofas, 65 inch flat TV to enjoy over 150 channels + to watch live or stream,include Disney, sports, Hispanic channels. YouTube, Netflix.
the main master bedroom has a king size bed, with a 50 inch flat TV, and bathroom with a walking shower, the second/third and fourth bedroom share a full size bathroom with a bathtub which has a door leading out to the pool area.
the house has a huge backyard with an area to seat and relax,a pool area with a covered lanai with seating, separated area with a exterior dinning table and gas BBQ grill


please aware we are not allow to park trailers or trucks at the property.

The house was beautiful and clean!Quite neighbors! minutes has walmart and lots of restaurants!The Disney world 35 minutes, Universal studios 45 minutes only that the problem with this house is to far from the park!

Thank you for your review. I’m glad you found the home beautiful, clean, quiet, and convenient to stores and restaurants. For future guests, I would like to clarify that the Disney area begins approximately 15 minutes from the house, and Magic Kingdom is normally about 20–25 minutes away. Universal is generally 30–35 minutes away. Travel times may increase because of rush-hour traffic, accidents, or the route selected. The home offers five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private pool, and a very large fenced yard for pets all at a competitive price compared with properties closer to the parks. We can even hear the Disney fireworks from the house! I hope you enjoyed your stay and the comfort and space the home provided.

The house was clean and roomy with enough space for us all to spread out. The yard was a God send for my pups to burn some energy! The host was great, super friendly and accommodating. Any questions I had were answered quickly.

Beautiful house & great huge yard!

This was my first stay with Vrbo and the homeowner made check in so easy! They had the house ready and we were able to check in early which was awesome. The dogs absolutely loved the yard & I definitely took advantage of the pool! We would definitely stay again!

I would not stay here again. We specifically booked this pet-friendly property because of the advertised in-ground pool for evening swimming after Universal. Unfortunately, the pool light did not work, there was no functioning overhead light outside the pool, and exposed electrical cords remained where a light appeared to have been. The area was too dark for us to safely enjoy the pool at night.Privacy was also a major concern. Unlike other properties we considered, cameras around the pool area were not disclosed in the listing we booked. This was especially uncomfortable considering this is an area where guests are swimming and wearing swimsuits.When I reported the lighting, the host said she would need access to investigate. I declined services because we would be at the parks and did not want strangers around our dogs while we were gone. Despite this, my very modest wife later walked from the bedroom toward the living area partially dressed in her swimsuit and was startled to find TWO people, a man and woman, servicing the pool with absolutely NO prior notice.Additional rules & pet restrictions, including no pets in carpeted rooms, were not provided until the day before check-in. Our dogs were disclosed on our reservation, the listing stated no hidden fees, yet after I complained about the property issues, the host attempted to add a pet fee that had never been disclosed.Cameras, fees pet restrictions, and property access should be disclosed BEFORE booking. Not after.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I would like to clarify several points for future guests. Our home is pet-friendly, but reasonable pet rules and a pet fee apply because animals require additional cleaning. Keeping pets out of carpeted rooms helps maintain the home for all guests, and the fee was related only to pet cleaning—not to your complaint. The pool and patio lights were working the day before your arrival, as shown in photos taken after the prior guest’s departure. Unfortunately, they failed unexpectedly on your arrival day. I immediately offered to have them inspected and repaired. I repeatedly explained that no one needed to enter the home; all work would occur outside in the patio and pool area. The service personnel remained outside and never entered the residence or approached your dogs. I advised through VRBO that I could send the prior-day photos to your phone because I could not attach them to that message. You preferred all communication remain in the app, which I respected. My only intention was to share evidence, not move our conversation off the platform. The cameras are exterior security devices used only for safety and property protection; there are no cameras inside the home. Our property is professionally cleaned, spacious, and competitively priced for its private pool and amenities. We regret the unexpected lighting issue, but we made every reasonable effort to resolve it promptly.

The host did not confirm with housekeeping that the home was ready. We arrived at the home the day of our reservation. The door code was not activated. I reached out to the host she stated “she was out of state, and the unit has not been cleaned so she is going to cancel our reservation and my family and I will have to try to find another place to stay. Mind you I am traveling with 4 people and 2 dogs. Finding a place last minute around Orlando. Especially this time of year. We were so disappointed with the host and her behavior. Seriously thinking of just going back to hotels after this. Sad too I spend a lot of money on this site. Luckily we were able to book a couple of suites that accommodated our pets unfortunately it was very pricey. Which sucks because I still haven’t gotten my refund from the host. Needless to say the vacation had challenges that could have been avoided if the host would have cared enough to verify that our reservation was ready.
