This Beautiful pool home is spacious and sparkly clean cozy Oasis offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and outside shower-1-king, 2- queens, 1-single and a Queen futon, split floor plan, an outside shower, a heated pool(extra fee)a large relaxing Lanai for entertaining, 2 family rooms, Dining Room, more table space in lanai and garage, table 4 smart TVs, Wifi internet, sleeps up to 8 cozy for that good night sleep, good old fashion board games, close to the best beaches in SW Florida, Boat rentals, kayaking. Rear Fenced yard for Privacy with an open Pool Concept, beach Chairs, beach towels, Golfing, Boating, Fishing, Myakka State Park, close to water park and "The Warm Mineral Springs", Great Restaurants and shopping too!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
make sure to put trash in there proper bins and take to the curb Monday. No hot coals in a trash The trash is in the opposite side of the road. Follow the neighbors queue on all trash bins.
Please follow the rules in the pool and never leave any children unattended there always needs to be a parent attending children in the pool area or anybody incapable of swimming.
Please start the dishwasher and a load of towels the same color. The maid will take the bedding off.. do not leave your personal items. Make sure all the remote controls are with the TVs in room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO smoking in the house, please be responsible. keep charcoal away from lanai, pool, and watch your swimmers no child to be left alone in the pool
take out green or black lid Monday evenings and place across the street and recycle blue or tan place same side street take neighbors lead please
checkin 3:30-4:00 check out 10:00 No parties! Start dishes on departure and load of laundry

Perfect FL vacation home

This home was perfect for our trip to visit family. The pool was wonderful and the home was spacious enough for our family to stretch out and relax after a day at Venice beach. Would absolutely stay again!

Tammy the host was wonderful - she communicated, texted, with us making sure we were checked in and comfortable. The house was well stocked, coffee, bottled water, spices, personal amenities and beach gear. Kitchen and bath are a bit dated but very clean.

Florida paradise 2024

The home was beautiful. It had everything we needed. The host puts a lot of thought into the things they keep there for guest use. All of the furniture was very comfy as were the beds. The pool was amazing. The kids would have been satisfied to just swim there all week. Its located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to a huge selection of stores, shops, and restaurants with many places delivering. It's also less than a 30 minute car ride to a large amount of beaches on the Gulf coast. Would love to stay again!

We love this place because it’s close to the all beautiful beaches. It’s a very friendly quiet neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

It has a great three bedroom two bath split floor plan. The house offers two living areas and a huge lanai and a big pool heated ( separate charge) with a fenced backyard for privacy. Great vibes!
