Relaxing and rejuvenating weekend getaway

This property has everything if you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is a wonderful winter retreat. We took advantage of morning sauna sessions, hiking through snowy trails, evening hot tubing under the moon and stars, and enjoying the unbeatable forest views. We will definitely be back again!

The Best Hidden Gem!!

This was by far one of my favorite stays away from home! The thoughtfulness of every detail was refreshing. We are outdoor people and love being surrounded by nature. This place encapsulates the beauty of camping with the inside amenities of simple luxury!

Unique Glamping Getaway

This property has it all for a unique escape to the woods. We loved all the modern touches while still feeling like we were "camping". It was quiet and peaceful with great views of the stars at night from the hot tub. Aaron was great at communicating from the moment we made our reservation and when we had a few questions during our stay. Highly recommended!

Unique Getaway!

I surprised my husband with a weekend trip away, and this done did not disappoint! The place is modern yet cozy, and the kitchen is filled with anything you could need. The outdoor area is a huge bonus with a fire pit, grill, and best of all a sauna and cold plunge! This was a new experience for us, and we loved it! The host quickly responded to any questions or needs that we had and even gave so many recommendations for places to go or dining in the area. Highly recommend staying in the dome — we would absolutely stay here again!!

Benzonia Dome Birthday celebration

The Dome and the property were stunning! Everything you could possibly need was available for us. We enjoyed the recommendations given by the host and will definitely be back. The only challenge we had was at check in. We arrived early and noticed the cleaning crew taking out bags of trash etc. The team hung out and continued to have personal conversations and we weren’t able to enter until 3:30. Half an hour after check in.

Awesome stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful time in the Aurora dome. Everything was very well thought out and the amenities were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge. There were some short walking trails around the property that we enjoyed after some fresh snow fall. The view from the king bed looking out the dome into the woods was so peaceful and our favorite. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, oils, cooking sprays, pots, pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, cutting boards, toaster, coffee maker with filters and coffee, coffee grinder, brita water filter pitcher and much more. The only thing missing was some silverware. There were plastic forks and one plastic knife but no spoons although this wasn’t a big deal to us. Aaron was very responsive and communicated well before and during our stay. We enjoyed the close location to Iron Fish Distillery and Crystal Mountain which were both less than ten minutes away, although we really never wanted to leave the dome! Highly recommend for a comfortable, clean, unique, and relaxing stay away in the woods. We can’t wait to come back!
