The primary suite includes a generous sitting area/office, and there’s a separate downstairs office off the dining area, along with three full baths. The beautifully updated kitchen boasts granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances.

Enjoy a private view of the golf course right from your back patio, perfect for taking in the stunning morning sunrises. Additional highlights include a cozy TV/Florida room, a dedicated workspace, and a storage unit on the covered front porch. Great Location

Very comfortable townhouse in TPC. Located directly on hole 3 of Pete Dye course. We enjoyed our stay and the location was extremely convenient to everything.
