The condo was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Perfect location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. The pool area was very nice. I would like a call from management when available.

Diamante del Sol 801N is Awesome!

Property is in a great location and looks just like the pics and listing description, very clean and well-equipped for guests to have everything they need for their stay. Host, Paula and her onsite contact person were super responsive and very helpful. Gate security is very tight and we felt safe and secure our entire stay. Would definitely stay here again if/when we’re in Jaco Beach in the future.

Family and Friends Vacation

Beautiful property with an amazing view of the ocean and hills! Bedrooms are all large with their own balcony. The property was spotless. Owner responds very promptly to every request. I could not ask for a better place to stay. Guaranteed to book this place again next year.

Awesome location

The location of this property was fantastic. Quick walk to Mega Super for groceries and easy access to restaurants and beach. At the end of the road is Sunrise Breakfast restaurant where David has a tour company and was awesome to deal with. We went through him and saved money on some excursions. The pool area here is great. DON’T feed the iguanas. I would come back and stay here again!!!

Not what I expected

The property was very nice but unfortunately not well maintained. Many things were broken which was brought to the attention of property management. I don't want to truly bad mouth the property; but Let's just say I was not happy with my stay.

Great Location with an Amazing View

The condo is very spacious but has not been properly maintained and shows its age. We consistently had issues with the temperature of the water. While taking a shower, it was either cold, scalding (couldn’t adjust it to cooler temp) or no water at all. We had bugs in the kitchen for our entire stay. The cleaning lady came in to spray them but it didn’t solve the problem. We kept ALL food in the refrigerator. There was a cockroach in the dishwasher. Thankfully, that was the only one we found. There is a leak in the ceiling in the walk-in closet in the main floor master bedroom which has mold growing. We couldn’t open the shades in the bedroom suite upstairs because they would fall apart. It’s a great condo but just needs some love.

Jaco Oceanview

Overall, this property was very appealing. The view can't be beat and all the rooms were spacious. The interactions with the property manager were easy. Cleaning service was provided after the 4th day. The property was located close to grocery stores and all kinds of restaurants. On the downside, the property needs some maintenance in a few spots. The biggest issue was a minor leak in the second floor bedroom. I would also suggest the furniture in the main room should be replaced as it was not comfortable at all. The condo was also missing a full compliment of towels in all rooms and did not supply any paper products other than what was provided at check-in. In summary, the property was definitely worth the money we paid.

Nice location, gorgeous views.

Overall for Jaco, this is a nice place. The view from this condo was amazing. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning. The condo itself is a bit dated and needs some love. The kitchen appliances were rusty and obviously not new (as stated in the listing). There weren't adequate utensils for cooking in the kitchen and the BBQ grill was inoperable. The living room sofa (also not new, as was stated in the listing) was extremely worn and really needs to be cleaned/replaced. We had a small maintenance issue that took a couple of days to resolve, however Sue was very responsive to my message. Overall this condo is nice, in a good location, with fantastic views. We were within walking distance to the market, gym and many restaurants.

not as advertised

The advertised photos are beautiful. However, the property needs A LOT of maintenance done. The appliances are advertised as new, the dish washer and fridge leak on the floor. I stayed up stairs and the ceiling is leaking onto the bed I slept in as well as next to the bed. The bathroom wasn’t clean. There was someone else’s hair in the shower, stains on the toilet, spit on the mirror and in the sinks. No one cleaned the bathroom before we arrived. The furniture is not new either, as it’s advertised. The ceiling also leaks near the entry as well. It’s a run down property. I think that’s it’s too expensive for what it is. We decided to leave half way through our stay because of the poor conditions. Paula did refund the nights I didn’t stay. I do see that other reviews mention the same things as me and the property manager says she will we address it in a reply but has not. The barbecue is inoperable, it’s full of rust and missing knobs. It would be un safe to use it. The AC didn’t work in one of the rooms. I could go on… but I’ll leave it at. Over priced and not as advertised.

Million Dollar Condo, 10 Million Dollar View, Managed like a $10 Outhouse.

Arrived to find many of the lights not working. Management sent housekeeping the next day to flip some breakers at electrical panel and replace several bulbs. The dirt/insects from inside the light fixtures that fell onto the vanities and inside the sinks after bulb replacement was left for us to clean up. Downstairs Master Bath was left without any toilet paper. Luckily, one of the other 4 Baths was left with an extra roll. Management delivered package of toilet paper once we requested more. Not all the Bathrooms were provided with hand towels or wash cloths. The gear was stripped on the roll down shades protecting main balcony window/sliding glass door and “stuck” at about 5’5” above floor restricting access for taller people. Condo has a pool table but it can’t be used unless you want to pick up the pool balls off the floor after dropping into corner pockets. Condo has a Foosball table but it can’t be used due players not secured to sliding rods. Condo has an upstairs Kitchen/Bar but no plates, glasses, utensils, or appliances provided for this area. Outdoor Furniture Upholstery was filthy to the point no one would dare to set on. I leave these comments in hope that the owner can see what service they are getting from the Mgm’t Company. All items above are simple resolutions. Big problem was that AC would not cool Condo to less than 76 Degrees F. Seems to be a problem with all units in this North Tower. I won’t rent again at Diamanté North Tower.

Beautiful property with all the amenities. The host was amazing and very responsive to all of our needs. Security was on top of of all visitors to make sure they were invited. After a one day it felt like we lived there. The property, views, pool and location were amazing. We will return! Thank you Paula!

Very Clean, beautiful views. I was disappointed that the BBQ did not work. We had caught some fish and wanted to BBQ them. The tank was empty and rusted couldn’t turn the valve. Other than that everything was great

Perfect location and family vacation!

The condo looks just like the pictures. Beautiful and sophisticated yet family friendly. Top floor with nearly 360 views from the multiple balconies. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our freshly caught fish. Kids enjoyed playing pool and bingo! We could walk to shops and restaurants with our family. Town is friendly and safe. Pool was very clean and there is gated security at the hotel for extra safety. Paula was great in answering all my questions to make sure we had the perfect vacation with our kids. It was everything we expected and more.
