12 Happy Sleepers sur 260 mÂČ - nous vous proposons deux appartements dans la mĂȘme rue - Ă  100 mĂštres de l'autre. Chaque ascenseur plat obtenu. Les appartements sont trĂšs grandes et Ă©lĂ©gant. (ensemble 260 mÂČ) Chaque espace des offres appartement pour 6 personnes (ensemble 12 personnes heureuses, plus 4 ou 8 personnes supplĂ©mentaires dans tous les cas) et ils sont entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©s avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Vous pouvez voir d'une fenĂȘtre Ă  l'autre fenĂȘtre des appartements deux et agitez vos amis ou en famille.
Au coin, vous trouverez une vieille salle de marchĂ© et tout pour votre rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. MĂȘme la vache frais et du lait de chĂšvre. Les deux appartements ont l'espace, la lumiĂšre et le style et sont meublĂ©es dans un style boutique et regarder presque la mĂȘme. Donc, vous ne manquerez de rien oĂč vous rĂ©servez en avec vos amis. Aussi bien pour les familles qui ont besoin de plus d'espace et parfois une pause dans les enfants ou les parents il, mais veulent ĂȘtre heureux et ont une grande fĂȘte.

Pleasant stay

The apartments are charming and have qualitative furniture. For the price per night, I'd have like to have a bit more amenities especially in the apartment 14 (no coffee, half toilet paper roll, no iron). Overall it was a great experience of stay and I'd like to come back when in Budapest. Recommended for large groups or families.

Das 2te Appartement war nicht sauber als wir angekommen sind und es hat mit dem late checkout auch nicht so geklappt, da der teinigungswrvice nicht wusste das wir das gebucht hatten

!!! Bourgeois - We loved it !!!!

We enyoyed our stay a lot. The flat is easy to reach. Super smooth check in. (had late arrival) The space is big and space is not a question. Its a classic apartment, high ceilings, wooden floor and double doors. Bourgeois could be the right description. We loved it. The location is good. Central and easy to reach everything from here by walking or tram. Grocery is not problem. There is also a 24/7 in the street. Coffeeshops and Bars, restaurants and famous Cafe House New York is around the corner. So what else you need for a perfect start over a long weekend. THANKS for all the tips. M.M.S.

more then perfect for large groups

We spent a long weekend with the girls. Coming from Vienna by train and arrived at this very beautiful place. Lots of light, very clean, everything you need and lots of space. We liked the art work on the walls and also the handpicked furniture mixed with stylish designer stuff. Frank has a good taste and takes care about the property. We would defently stay again. All sights and bars and restaurants are in front of the door or just minutes to walk. Thanks for your advise to spent our last day in the Thermal Bath. Perfect. M. Schneiderhoff

perfect location and perfect for a big group

We all came for a business trip to Budapest. Together 10 from our law firm. We had a lot of space and it was better then any hotel. Also the price was much better for everything else what you could book elsewhere. For us it was a great opportunity to check business trips with home away. We will continue with it. Frank was also a great host who helped out with everything we needed. Thanks a lot.

this was the best trip with my friends ever !!!!

I came with my buddies and it was an amazing trip. The apartments where great and hat a lot of space. Everything is very clean and you feel like the first guest in these flats. Super Wohnung , schick, entspannt, zentral

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Franks Wohnung und in Budapest. die Stadt ist genial, die Wohnung ideal, um zu relaxen, alles sehr schick und großzĂŒgig. Die besten Orte sind von hier aus in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen . Jederzeit wieder!

Frank hat und excellente Wohnungen bereit gestellt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, es ist alles sauber und wirkt sehr neu. Hohe Decken, Stuck, Fahrstuhl und unglaublich viel Platz. Es war alles so wie beschrieben und noch ein bisschen besser. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. VIELEN DANK - SUPER !!!!!!

very nice

Fantastic properties, amazing location and amazing layout. Would recommend. Cons: No hot water in one of the apartments and minimal effort by the landlord was made to repair the situation. Received noise complaints from the neighbors almost every night when a conscious effort was made to be as quiet as possible. We were a group of 14 and were split into 2 apartments. We were told that they were very close (apparently you could see each others balconies) - the apartments were a 4-5 minute walk from each other. Very noisy tram line directly outside the flat (runs early-late) Pros: The landlord was very contactable and accommodating, letting us stay in the apartment for longer due to our late departure flights. Extremely clean and stylish. Great location for transport and food. Overall, these properties were extremely beautiful, well maintained and romantic but not very suitable to big groups of people as there is obviously going to be noise when a large amount of people are in one apartment.

Nice appartments in a good location

Went on a stag doo to Budapest and hired out two appartments for 11 of us. They are in a great location within Buda and not too far away from any of the tourist attractions and bars - nice big clean appartments with a kitchen area - perfect for what we needed. Frank the owner is extremely helpful and will assist you with any questions you have.

Wunderschöne, zentrale Wohnung

Die Wohnung der Familie Rothe liegt sehr zentral, so das man wirklich gut zu Fuß oder auch mit der Tram alle wichtigen Punkte erreichen kann. Die RĂ€umlichkeiten sind wunderschön renoviert und geschmackvoll mit allem Wichtigen eingerichtet, bzw. ausgestattet. Uns hat definitiv nichts gefehlt. Dieses alte große Mietshaus mit dem wunderschönen Treppenhaus und dem Innenhof hat uns sehr begeistert, so was sieht man bei uns einfach nicht. Toll fand ich auch, wie Herr Rothe auch trotz der großen rĂ€umlichen Entfernung alles dort geregelt hat. Bei der Ankunft gegen Mittag haben wir alles so wie beschrieben vorgefunden, alles sehr sauber und adrett! Mit den Schlössern klappt super! Also abschließend kann ich und meine Familie nur sagen, absolut perfekt! Vielen Dank.

Feels like a home!

This place is wonderful! We entered and immediately felt comfortable: Lovely interior, spacious, clean, bright - nothing was missing. One can feel it is furnished by an artist. Old, antique furniture combined with stylish and new objects, such as an audio cube with a great sound or an italian espresso machine. The location is brilliant, right at a metro station in the centre - walking distance to supermarkets, sights, bars, everything. Frank, the owner, was helpful from the beginning - everything went just fine from booking until check-out. He even gave us some advice on places to go see and was available anytime in case we needed something. Thank you Frank! We enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend your place to our friends and family!

Great Time in Budapest

12happy sleepers. awesome. we came with friends and family and frank was a great host and the place is super stylish for low budget. I would love to live there forever. I come back I promise and can also speak for the others. Never had such a good experience before when booking for that budget price in Europe. THANKS FRANK & THANKS BUDAPEST
