The apartment is located in the city center and offers 195m² living space on 2 floors with 48m² outdoor area, divided into a large terrace and a balcony. The penthouse offers views over the entire city. From the tower room and from the balcony you can see the Statue of Liberty, the Castle District, the Parliament, the Basilica and a beautiful sunset over the Buda hills. 3.5 rooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 7 people, all rooms with air conditioning. Alno designer kitchen with cooking island offers the highest standard, 2.5 baths. Modern design in the interior and exterior makes this apartment together with the old elements of Art Nouveau and the incredible views over the city in a unique pieces pearl in the center of Budapest.

Outstanding location and apartment! Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Budapest. Grocery is half block away, along with several restaurant and cafe options. Metro is 7 minute walk.

The location is amazing, so close to everything! The neighbourhood is perfect, cleans and lively. There's a grocery store and a wine store right around the corner. The apartment is very clean and very comfortable, the deck is perfect for morning coffee and the upstairs room is great for the sunset. Did I mention the coffee maker with milk foamer . Stay here, you won't regret it!!

Great communication in advance of our stay with Vincent and the manager was very welcoming on arrival.We loved our stay in this beautiful & spacious Penthouse, with outstanding architecture & stunning views from the top floor.It is close to tourist attractions & conveniently located to a Aldi supermarket.We had a very comfortable stay, it was clean, has a well equipped kitchen with plenty of glasses, plates etc.Must mention, being three ladies, the security of the building was brilliant & we felt very safe.

Spacious and magnificent apartment with all the amenities in a historic art nouveau building. It is in a central location within walking distance of many of Budapest’s major attractions, restaurants, cafes and the Danube promenade. Fabulous apartment with lovely roof terrace in a fairly quiet area but within reasonable walking distance of the main sights. The apartment was very clean and extremely well equipped. Communication with the host, Vincent was excellent and directions for check in and out all very clear. Handy supermarket in the neighbouring block for any necessities but a few welcome items were also provided. Overall our group was very happy with this choice of place to stay in Budapest and would definitely recommend it.
