CONDO:
Breathtaking 18th floor Gulf views are the best feature of this condo. The Gulf view is visible from the master bedroom, the living room, the kitchen and of course the balcony! We enjoy the views from inside and outside of the condo. Late nights on the balcony with family and friends, feeling the Gulf breezes and listening to the sounds of the Gulf make cherished vacation memories for years to come!
BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS:
Condo sleeps 8. Two bedrooms each with king size bed, One bunk room with 2 twin beds, and full-size sofa bed in the living room. 2 full bathrooms, 1 with oversized tub & separate shower & the other with tub shower combination.
BALCONY:
Table and Chairs for 4.
2 lounge chairs.
1 bench, which seats 2 to 3.
KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen, with dishes, silverware, pots and pans.
THE RESORT:
The Laketown Wharf resort is busiest during high seasons in the Spring & Summer, likely due itâs proximity to the beautiful white sand, Caribbean-like blue turquoise waters of the Gulf shore beaches; having 5 swimming pools, including a kiddie pool; 2 hot tubs; on site pizza, sandwich, seafood, & taco restaurants, and an ice cream shoppe. Pineapple Willyâs, in walking distance across the street, offers great food & discounted drinks if you buy a souvenir cup! Pier Park is just 5 miles away!

Growing up on the West coast, we went to the beach often and always dreamed of having a home near the beach. Living in the Southeast for several years, land locked, caused us to make this dream a reality! I enjoy traveling and interior decorating on a budget :-) and hanging out with my husband and grown children.
I love being a host because I feel like I am inviting guests into my beach home and sharing my dream of being near the ocean with them. I enjoy trying to ensure that they are as comfortable staying in our vacation home, as we are when we stay there. It is a joy to share with our guests what we love about our vacation home location, i.e, restaurants, shopping, best beaches, etc.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
When trying to select a vacation home, my non-negotiable criteria was it had to be on the ocean or with a view of the ocean. I did not want to be at the beach and not have an ocean view. I also did not want a condo that was built in the 70's or earlier and which would likely need a total renovation. At the end of the day, the calming sounds of ocean waves (actually the Gulf) and the expansive views of those turquoise blue Caribbean like waters from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and our balcony are what sold me!
Add to it, the resort environment with 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, a lake, on-site restaurants, a gym, etc., plus a short walk across the street to the beach, and it was a done deal!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Our condo is near the top of the building on the 18th floor with stunning Gulf views, which cannot be seen from the lower floors or from the lake side condos. Our condo has luxury vinyl plank flooring and tile throughout, no carpet! No dated 20 year old white appliances either, just stainless steel appliances. Comfortable balcony furniture including a dining set, lounge chairs and a bench, to allow guests to experience the outdoor balcony and the spectacular views of the Gulf while also enjoying the company of family and friends. Hopefully, this all makes for precious memories of Panama City Beach vacations at our Laketown Wharf condo!
