Not perfect, but was still nice place

We loved how close we were to the beach. There are some improvements like the beds could be more comfortable along with new pillows and the living room set could be more comfortable as well. The only thing was the elevators that we didn’t like about the place; it took forever to even get on an elevator to get to where you wanted to go

Our anniversary trip was worth the stay and amenities are great around the resort as well as amazing food within walking distance

The property was great the only downfall where the elevator situation. During peak times the wait time was long, and everyone was in a bad mood. Not Plesant at all.

Toilet was out of order. Multiple calls and texts and toilet was never repaired. Could never even get a return call from property manager. Condo needs upgrades plus a deep cleaning. Disgusting.

Terrible stay

When we first got there our code would not work so I had to call. When we got inside shortly after I noticed the stove and oven were not working so my husband checked to make sure they were plugged up and they were so I called and no one ever came after they said they would send someone. We could not find the breaker box but eventually found it and my husband flipped the breaker and it began working. The second night the toilet in the bunk room stopped up after one use and my husband plunged it and it still wouldn’t flush so I called and they said they would send someone. I didn’t think they ever send anyone so my kids never used it again and the night before our last night my daughter came running out while we were on the balacony at 11:30pm saying the toilet gushing water and the

Too big to be enjoyable.

The room was nice but that's it. Thirty minutes to go to the car/front desk/downstairs and back. >1500 units on >20 floors with as few as 4 working elevators at one time. Long lines, long waits and huge crowds trying to use the elevator. One elevator is insufficient to serve more than 200 rooms each on more than 20 floors. Going to the main pool was over a quarter mile walk even using the elevator. Too many people there for the facilities. Only 3 adult pools, not 7 (they count 2 kids pools and 2 jacuzzi's). Everything is crowded. A ton of walking (I got a blister on my first day). Pool bracelets seldom worked, they drained the main pools during the stay, the beach was closed, they didn't even provide the correct credentials to use the Wi-Fi! And no tv service available; you better know your Netflix/Hulu/Apple TV credentials or you're not watching tv!

No cable tv

The code sent to us for check in did not work so we had to call Vacasa and get a new code. The cable tv did not work as the owners have not paid their bill since August. It’s January. My husband was looking forward to relaxing and watching the Georgia vs. Notre Dame playoff football game but couldn’t. I reached out to Vacasa regarding this and they said that we would hear back from a local agent but we never did. The unit was clean and had great views and served its purpose. I would not book another rental that is managed by Vacasa though.

Good Stay near the beach!

Property was as described. Check in was easy. Elevator was crowded and lots of walking to get to room. Resort staff pick and choose who they want to enforce rules with which was strange. We enjoyed the property. My only complaint is the floors are not mopped as much as they should be as my kids feet turned black daily. Other than that its a great place to stay. Close to beach and prime location for shopping etc. Overall we enjoyed it! We will be back!
