Beautiful Comfy Cozy Retreat

Come stay in this beautiful home, with hot tub, kick up your feet and relax and recharge in this Charming 2 bedroom, located in a quiet good neighborhood. Relax on the oversized comfy sectional couch with 4 recliners, while watching the 55 in TV, order in, or cook a meal, dishes and pots and pans, bone China provided for your use. 5 Chandeliers, Skylight in bathroom, Large deck, Garden arbors, newer laminate floors, Partial bay view, and more. There are 3 other occupied private units on the premises all very private. We are located 2 miles from the beach.
And about mile to a grocery store, and bus system. We do not accept children under 12 years old for safety reasons. Pet fee $40.00 per pet per stay. 2 dogs maximum.

Right to terminate: We reserve the right to cancel the stay without a refund when rules/policies are violated.

Parking policy & vehicle limits: To ensure a smooth to stay and maintain good relations with our neighbors please adhere to these requirements: A maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted for reservation, please let us know if you have a second vehicle so we can accommodate parking for that vehicle.

Do not park it across the street in front of any neighbor's house. That is a violation of our policies and the rules set by our County. Parking is a strictly limited to designated areas only.

Absolutely no candles.

No children under the age of 12 for safety reasons.

Maximum of 4 guests.

Pets or service animals are not allowed to be left unattended in the unit or premises.

Smoking is permitted on the outdoor deck only, please use ash tray provided and put all burning cigarettes out completely, use extreme caution.

Please no dying/coloring your hair, stains or tub or sinks.

When going out or checking out, please turn off all lights and heater. Thank you

Pet fee: 40.00 per pet, per stay.

Please no pets on furniture, with respect to other guests with sensitivity to allergies.
