Beautiful, fully restored antique cape with private beach on Millen Pond in Washington, New Hampshire. This historic town is home to many lakes and is the first town named after George Washington. The private beach is accessible from our private road on 10 wooded acres. Ideal for fishing, hiking, canoeing and country living. Property is located near the original founding church of the Seventh Day Adventists and is near many beautiful lakes and ponds including Pillsbury State Forest and Mt Sunapee State forest. Natural beauty abounds including an abundance of wildlife, deer, bear, moose, and wonderful hiking trails. The house is located on the Monadnock/ Sunapee Greenway Trail and is 18 miles from Lake and Mt Sunapee Ski area, and is close to Pat's Peak and Crotched Mountain and is an hour and a half drive to Killington ski area. This property includes a separate studio in the carriage house. Guests who wish to access and use the studio during their stay should be aware that an additional studio fee of $125 per night applies, along with a one-time cleaning fee of $75 per stay. These charges are in addition to the main reservation total and will be applied when studio access is requested.
