St. Lucia is a jewel in the Caribbean resembling the South Pacific. Gentle trade winds most of the year make St. Lucia a wonderful destination year round. The St. Lucians are very friendly and although English is the official language, the local language is French Creole, known as Patois, which is a mix of French and West African languages.

Enjoy sitting under coconut palms dipping into the warm, calm Caribbean Sea or swim in the beautiful pool surrounded by the lush green hills and blue waters of stunning Marigot Bay.

Spacious, bright, furnished 1300 sq ft. first floor (ground floor) apartment set in a beautiful, boutique resort with beach access, two pools, spa, gym, and views. The resort has implemented a Clean And Sanitise Everything [CASE] programme and the apartment has approval of the St. Lucia Tourist Ministry to receive guests while travel protocols are in place. The apartment comprises two large master bedrooms, each with a deck. One room has a king bed and the other twin beds that can be made into a king bed. There is ample space for a child's cot to be added if required. The bedrooms are separated by a great room with living/dining/kitchen. The dining table seats 6 and the living area has a double sofa bed. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided for your comfort and free wi-fi.

The home has gleaming hardwood floors throughout and each room faces the pool with beautiful lush green foliage in-between. A private plunge pool is great for cooling down, and a slice of bay view can be seen from the deck. The accommodation is Ideal for families or couples as it is steps from the main pool, and walking distance to the beach via a 2 minute beach shuttle boat ride.

Dining out options include restaurants around the bay within walking distance such as Hurricane Hole and Driftwood Steak House within the Mariana Village and Doolittles, JJ's, Chateau Mygo, and The Villa (will come and pick up in a golf cart). All Inclusive dining options are available at the restaurants and bars within the resort, please inquire for more information. A large supermarket is a 15 minute car ride away in Cul-De-Sac.

Simply unwind and soak up the warmth by the pool or on the coconut palm fringed beach. At the beach non-motorized water sports equipment is available for rent. Taking a water taxi to visit other beaches on the south west side of the island, such as Sugar beach, is a must too.

Activities in St. Lucia include sailing/water taxi to the Pitons, snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking up Gros Piton or visiting a bubbling volcanic caldera. Castries market is a short taxi ride away and Rodney Bay is about a 30 minute drive. Pitons, Sugar Beach, and Anse Couchon beaches are easily accessible by water taxi. An on-site concierge is available to assist you with any bookings or you can book directly with companies via the internet.

This is a wonderful property located in a stunning resort. The accommodations were just perfect and the location is amazing. Peaceful and relaxing with wonderful views. The staff at Zoetry treated us like family and made us feel both comfortable and welcome. Was an ideal vacation spot.

Great stay in Marigot Bay

We stayed at the hotel in March. It was a beautiful hotel with a great pool and nice setting on the bay. The hotel was undergoing renovations and I would love to come back when they are done because I'm sure it will be beautiful. We will be back!

Fantastic - even better than expected

Do not hesitate to book this property. It is wonderful!!!! The description is completely accurate except I think the resort is even better than described. The beds were comfortable, the location was quiet and the location of the particular unit within the resort was ideal. The staff at this resort are incredible. We have never been so pampered and looked after!

Luxury Stay in St. Lucia

This property was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. The Marigot Bay area is really nice. You have your choice of just staying at the property, or doing the all-inclusive option. We opted in for all-inclusive and have no regrets. The food, drinks, service and location was perfect for our island get-away. The apartment is literally steps away from the main pool, and on the ground level which made it easy for us to use our own private room/bathrooms throughout the day. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant and we felt like we made "friends" along the way. Mary was very easy to work with and extremely responsive while making reservations and answering questions about the local area. We highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to St. Lucia.

The area on the Bay is beautiful and secluded. The rooms were large, well air conditioned and comfortable. They are located right outside the main pool in the middle of the Zoetry resort which can get noisy but they shut down in early evening so its not a problem for sleeping. The use of the tiny beach for swimming and relaxing was nice.Mary was a great host and was very helpful in organizing private taxi from the airport. The car service she recommended was definitely less expensive than going through the resort itself. There was a lot of confusion at the front desk about what plan we had and were told by our concierge that we had the fully inclusive package but then all floor staff and waiters at the restaurant understood what the wrist bands were and we had to pay for food and drinks as was described in the VRBO listing. There were several issues in the apartment that we called the front desk to have fixed (broken iron and room safes, window shades that wouldnt close) but no one ever came to do anything about them even though they said someone would be right there. The food at the restaurants is expensive for the tiny portions you receive. You are better off going to restaurants out side the resort. There are no sharp knives or peelers that we could find in the kitchen so buying your own fruit like mango was hard to prep. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Margot Bay

My husband, two teenage children and my mom stayed at Mary’s place located at Zoetry Margot Bay for the week between Christmas and New Years. Mary was wonderful to work with, she was very responsive and offered us wonderful recommendations on things to do and places to eat while in St. Lucia. The apartment is located within the Zoetry resort. The checkin process was much slower than we anticipated and our room wasn’t ready until late afternoon early evening, no fault of Mary’s, I think the resort was just slow to turn over the rooms that day. Upon arrival the front desk staff was very welcoming and informative. Once we were able to get into the apartment it was clean, spacious and comfortable. We did have to contact maintenance and housekeeping during our stay for minor issues and to get some extra dinnerware. The kitchen could be stocked a little better with basic items like kitchen towels, pot holder and such. As a family we had a wonderful time in St.Lucia and would stay at Mary’s place again as she was wonderful to work with and her apartment is clean, comfortable and worked for our family.

Marigot Bay Condo

We loved Zoetry! The resort itself is very well kept, had beautiful landscaping and the staff was so kind and helpful. We traveled with our 12 yo twins and our 2 bdrm condo was spacious and perfect for the 4 of us. The views from our balcony were gorgeous! We enjoyed the hot tub in the rainy evenings while watching the sun set between the hills. We enjoyed lots of time at the main pool (which has a swim up bar and restaurant). We were there in the off season so the pool and restaurants were never crowded. It was nice to have restaurants on site as well. The resort does offer an all inclusive package that you can purchase upon arrival if you wish. We did some site seeing so we paid for meals as we went. There is a boat that will take you over to the little island and staff there that will set you up for the day and keep the Pitons and rum drinks flowing if you wish. We enjoyed kayaking in the bay. We did have a small issue when we first arrived with the first room that we stayed in. Mary was very quick to reach out to the resort manager and help us resolve quickly. Management at the resort was very quick to resolve and be sure that we were moved quickly and efficiently. The washer/dryer was not available in either unit but there is a laundry service that picks up in the morning and returns your clothes folded by the end of the day free of charge. We did treat ourselves to a massage on our last day in their beautiful spa. Wonderful!

Fabulous

The pics and description are exactly as described. Our 1300 sq ft double suite was well appointed. It was spotlessly clean and at ground level which was a real plus. Our host Mary was also very easy to deal with and was both prompt and informative. Upon arrival at Zoetry we signed on to the all inclusive option and glad we did. The restaurants all had excellent food equal to upscale North American restaurants, no reservations were required and there are no buffets - super nice! Drinks throughout the resort were always top shelf with upscale brands. Under the all inclusive option we were provided with our own butler service which was amazing. Our butler’s Rochelle and Genesis went above and beyond to cater to our EVERY need! The grounds, pools and scenic views were all well above par. The ONLY negative part our 10 day stay was the beach, a small, unkept patch of sand across the bay with few old shacks. We took the 1 minute pontoon boat ride over but were back at Zoetry in few short minutes. The resort would be far better off to exclude the beach portion from the resort until they invest to bring it to Zoetry standards. With just a few exceptions, the staff were by far the friendliest and most accommodating that we have encountered throughout the Caribbean. Guests were generally well travelled, professional people from Canada and the US. This is a place where you come to truly relax and be pampered in a beautiful, quiet setting. All in all a 10/10 holiday!

Fabulous Resort

This is not your ordinary VRBO property. It's inside a beautiful resort! The pool was amazing. The staff is wonderful. The Marigot Bay Beach was disappointing, however we traveled to several other GORGEOUS beaches and had a wonderful time!

Wonderful property and location

Fantastic accommodation that is steps from the Marigot Bay pool and swim-up bar. We really enjoyed the area - spectacular views of Marigot Bay and many restaurants within walking/water taxi distance. Mary was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this spot.

Wonderful Vacation

Perfect stay

We had a lovely stay in Mary’s property. She couldn’t have been more accommodating when we had to change our plans because of COVID and bent over backwards to move our dates. The resort was stunning, with to die for views, and the place is just a stone’s throw from the main pool. It was spotlessly clean, and it was such a treat having housekeeping every day. The kitchen was good enough to cook dinner every night, the living spaces were large enough to accommodate 5 of us, and the staff on the resort so friendly and helpful. I can’t even really do it justice with this review but I dream of being back there now.

Amazing vacation and resort

We spent a fantastic week at this villa. The resort is fantastic and all the staff went out of their way to make it a great trip. Beautiful property, use water taxi

The condo was as advertised...very spacious and well-kept. The property had a number of options for swimming and we loved the swim-up pool bar. It's a solid hour from the airport, but renting a car probably wasn't worth it as opposed to getting a shuttle. There is water taxi service to beaches and off-site restaurants. Meals can add up, even with a good exchange rate. The condo has a well equipped kitchen so a trip to a grocery store is a great way to go.

Beautiful villa. Very relaxing and well appointed. Great restaurants especially Brut Bar with fresh sushi and catered extremely well to our food allergies. Enjoyed our stay even with frequent rain storms.

Excellent stay at Marigot Nay

Lovely resort. If you’re looking for relaxation and a quiet resort, this is it. The condo is well equipped and we very much appreciated that they stocked the refrigerator with water and soda. The hot tub was enjoyed every night and you don’t need to worry about climbing many stairs because you’re ideally situated on the ground floor. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Mary!!

Beautiful Property, Perfect Location

This is a top notch villa and a great location. Marigot Bay is much sleepier than Rodney Bay area, with a lot of great bars and restaurants tucked into the hillside around the bay, which are easy to get to. If you are not a fan of the isolation of all inclusive, and really want to get a bit of diversity of experiences, this is a great choice. Large, very will kept villa, good kitchen, nice little slice of the bay view from the main balcony, and our own plunge pool, made this an outstanding choice! The hotel recently renovated the pools and the restaurant areas, so everything is top notch and the staff was so warm and friendly, Thanks Mary.

Amazing stay in St. Lucia

We stayed for a week with our kids ages 3, 6 and 8. This condo was perfect for our family. There was lots of space for eating and sleeping and relaxing. We were glad to have the foldout bed in the family room. Only complaint is the kitchen could use a few more items for cooking- spatula, cooking spoons maybe a toaster. The resort is gorgeous. We loved the pool and walking in the marina. Getting icecream at night and looking at boats was a favorite of the kids. The staff was extremely friendly and kind to our children...always ensuring we were having a great stay. We were glad we rented a car to be able to explore the island. Marigot bay is a great location to be able to visit both the north and south parts of the west coast. We loved going up hike and visit the beach at pigeon island. Also enjoyed hiking at diamond falls in the south. Every afternoon we returned to Capella and swam in the pool and enjoyed a cocktail at the swim up bar. Then the family would enjoy a quick dip in the private hot tub. What a week!

St. Lucia is a jewel in the Caribbean resembling the South Pacific. I fell in love with the island on my first visit 30 years ago. I chose this home primarily for it's stunning location in Marigot Bay which is the most beautiful bay on the island, if not the Caribbean.

What makes this property unique

Being on the west side of St. Lucia gives you the benefits of dramatic scenery, beautiful sunsets, a warm and calm Caribbean sea to swim in and a relatively central location with easy access to the north and south coasts. Another benefit is that the property is part of a beautiful resort with free guest access to the facilities including large heated pool, gym and concierge.
