Great location especially with great shuttle so close. Get familiar with the routes sooner than later since parking on Main St can be limited. Host was exceptional and very attentive when needed. I appreciated the fact that he was very available!

What a great house!

Great house, cool decor, great comms w/manager. The owner/manager is very respectful and reasonable, which is great. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

Beautiful home in a great location

This home was located in a great location. It is very spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware to prepare meals. The hot tub was great! Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus! We also enjoyed the fireplace...easy to turn on and kept the living area warm and cozy.

We stayed with our family including three kids 5 yrs old and younger. The house had plenty of room for us and was set up perfectly. The little extras were very much appreciated. No issues with anything being in good working order. We had a ton of snow on the day we departed and the driveway was all cleared for us before sun up. Great stay!

Great home away from home!

This place was perfect for a getaway with friends and had plenty of room for 8 of us! Loved all the open areas for everyone to hangout and the kitchen was beautiful. The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of skiing (or falling) down the mountain :) There was also the cutest little fox that we would see almost every night at the back door!! So happy to have found this place and would definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay in Breck

This property was an excellent fit for our group of nine (ranging in age from kids to teens to adults). We really appreciated all the extra pillows and blankets and the multi plug chargers near the bedsides. I do big group cooking and the kitchen was well-stocked with equipment for big group meals (Large pasta pots, a big colander, 15'' cast iron pan etc.). Sitting in the hot tub with the snow coming down was magical. Very nice location; a quiet neighborhood close to town. Property manager was a great communicator. Would recommend, we will definitely be back.

Spacious and clean home minutes from Main Street!

This house is great and I'd highly recommend for groups of adults or groups traveling with children! The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The home is clean and well stocked for everything you need for the trip. Hot tub is always a nice feature to have and this hot tub was clean and heated up already when we arrived. Location of the home is great, the neighborhood is beautiful to walk around in and its a 4-5 min drive to Main Street making it a super quick drive or a cheap Uber. The guest contact and homeowner were very responsive when we had a quick question for them. Thank you for hosting us!

This house is AMAZING! It was everything we needed for our large group. Plenty of space for all of us and close to everything. The bus stop is right by the house and it will take you anywhere you need to go. Beautifully remodeled kitchen, which is always the heart of the home! Everything else is up to date and very clean. Great hot tub out back to soak those sore muscles! Will definatly rent this property again. I would recommend staying here:)

Nice updated home near Breck that my family visited in mid June. A few highlights to share... PROS: Ease of check-in, lots of room, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, hot tub, working appliances, TVs in bedrooms, large garage, and propane grill CONS: Small deck (not wrap around with only 2 chairs), very worn out/uncomfortable couch in family room, not as clean as I would expect, busy road behind home (lots of traffic and loud), and a few issues with non working fireplace and family room TV.

Hi Jason, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: We are glad you chose our home and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. While sofa taste is subjective, we have never received any complaints about this in the past. However, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that our specific couch did not suit your personal preferences. We don’t keep all the deck chairs out through the winter and are stored in the garage. We will address this with maintenance to make sure they are brought out earlier in the year going forward. The chairs have been brought out for future guests and there are six on deck currently. We have scheduled a fireplace inspection and maintenance. This was the first issue that had been reported with it. The TV is in working condition. While we cannot control external factors like neighborhood noise, we’re sorry this impacted your stay. The cleaners take pride in making sure that the cabin is cleaned upon your arrival. If you had concerns about the cleanliness, bringing it to our attention would have helped resolve the issue. We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback!

Great experience

The house is as described. It fit our purposes perfectly. We had 3 generations of 10 people including 4 children. The oldest child did sleep on a futon off the living room - they were happy. This is in a neighborhood of Breckenridge we know well. It is beautiful and part way up Ski Hill. We usually drive to the village when we want to be downtown because the walk up the hill is strenuous - but the younger generations do walk up ( and we use too as well). Overall we were very happy and we’d rent there again if the occasion arises.

Needs major remodel

We stayed here for 7 nights and could not wait to get out of this house. The mattreses were so uncomfortable! Bedding must be from the 90s. The entire house has a terrible smell like the owner has a cat there while not rented. Some of the cabinets are falling off of the hinges. There were no lights except lamps which most did not work or had no bulbs. We had tonwash towels every night because there were only 3 wash clothes and towels in the master bath. The master bedroom tv is so small and ancient. You would think the owner would have a TV in every bedroom since you can buy a huge flat-screen TV now for under $200. The only two positives of our stay was the location is very close to bus route to peak 8 and the property manager tried his best to make our stay comfortable. Would not recommend this property if cleanliness is your priority.

Good location

Just 3 minutes from downtown and a beautiful stop and look heading towards town. Hiking in the neighborhood as well. Easy communication with property manager. Hot tub was super nice, but we had no idea that there was a sound ordinance in breckenridge and not to be outside after 10pm. Had a couple of cleaning concerns, but I didn't feel uncomfortable staying there, very nice kitchen and master bathroom as well. Beatiful views from Master bedroom windows.

Great house, excellent location at Breckenridge

The house was great, it accommodated 4 couples comfortably, it had a big kitchen with everything necessary to cook. The outdoor jacuzzi was a plus, we enjoyed spending some time in it after a long day skiing. All rooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom; the other three rooms share the bathroom upstairs, one of the bathrooms has direct access to it. There is a third full bathroom on the first floor, convenient when coming out of the jacuzzi. The house has an excellent location, in a quiet neighborhood very close to peak 8 base, a 3-minute drive. The free shuttle was 4 minutes away walking by the Nordic center. The host was accommodating, I would definitely stay here again.

Great House

Wonderful home in great location. Master bedroom desperately needs a new mattress but other than that the house was wonderful. Has everything you need and is located right between peak 8 and Main st; lots to do for everyone.
