The place was perfect. Very clean, cozy, had everything we needed and in the perfect location. We could walk to many places and the beach was a 3 minute walk. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful bungalow and outstanding location from beach and all the food and fun locations in the area. Had everything we could have wanted at the place, and really was a special, quiet, clean, and outstanding stay!

Great value! Exactly as listed, 5 minute walk to the beach. We didn't need the small futon but it would be very handy if you were traveling with kids. AC worked great which was appreciated! No complaints!

Great place. enjoyed our stay. Did realize that with a family of four, another bathroom would have been helpful but that is my fault for not seeing it’s a one bathroom place. Great value for the money.

The Bungalow was amazing. Very clean and accommodating. There was no shortage of beachtime as the bungalow was only steps away from the waves and sandy beach. Our host was in contact throughout the whole process and suggested easy routes to the attractions we asked about. Lauren was also able to suggest a few ideas for our family to enjoy Cocoa Beach to the fullest of its potential. We will definitely stay the next time we want to see another Falcon 9 rocket launch a satellite into orbit and decend back into the earth's atmosphere onto the launch pad. Thanks for the memories.

Great location, surprisingly quiet on the main road and nicely appointed. Could use a little more efficiency in the AC in the main bedroom overnight as it gets a little stuffy although the fan does help. We would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable accommodations. Super clean and had everything you might need for a stay. We didn't do any cooking but cabinets seemed well stocked with dinnerware, etc. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants. Also just a quick shot across the street to a beach access to catch a rocket launch at 4am! Very cool experience.

A perfect beach getaway! So many things to do within walking distance. The place was incredible. Beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were very comfortable. House came wtith everything you would need.

Nice little spot close to everything

Stayed here on a long weekend with my kids and a friend. Decor was cute and kitchen was well appointed. We loved the location - close to everything and steps to the beach. Would recommend.
