Property is not under construction. It is a new home. The cleaner was just there and everything was super clean. The guests left the house smelling like smoke, broke a vase and unplugged the WiFi router causing it to not work and needing a Verizon tech to come out to fix it. There are no TV’s advertised in the listing. There is no blood on the walls. I do not know any of the neighbors, they are not watching the house. I’m sorry that you didn’t have a good stay. I went above and beyond to try to accommodate your stay as best as possible addressing all of your concerns and needs.

This guest is totally unreasonable. Everything he has to say is untrue. The township requires us to keep the ids. Because we don’t know who we are renting to. This is to protect ourselves. We have over 140/ 5 star reviews. Everybody has great things to say about the house and the hosts. We take our business very seriously and check up on everything ourselves. Please read our reviews. We are on a few different hosting sites. Our house rules are very common among seasonal rentals. Of course we wash our sheets. Why wouldn’t we? The sheets are clean and of course washed after every booking. The pillows absolutely don’t smell. The guest never complained about anything during their stay.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope you had a pleasant visit overall. If there is anything we could have done to improve your experience, we always welcome feedback and would be happy to hear from you.
