I can't say enough about how cute this place is. Every detail was perfect. The decorating, the items provided in the home, the location, the overall experience; it was all just perfect. The house feels like you are staying at a family member's home, not a stranger's. The host has seriously done just an amazing job with this home, would absolutely recommend this for a stay.

The cutest, most comfortable place I've ever stayed in in SoHa. Every detail considered. Every need met. Fabulous location. Really loved that the owners took care to update the home while maintaining its historic character.

Adorable Home - Great Stay!

Nicely renovated & decorated for a very comfortable stay. Had everything we needed and more! We loved this home! Lovely neighborhood, short walk to downtown South Haven and very short drive to the beach. Hosts were very accommodating- we would definitely like to stay here again!!!

Wonderful Time in South Haven

Beautiful spacious cozy cottage and excellent location for a perfect stay; walking downtown, walking to restaurants, short bike onto major trailheads; many amenities included such as gas grill, gas fire pit, bikes, beach chairs and other items. Can either walk or drive to beaches.

Great place!

The house had everything we might need and more! Perfect house for the 6 of us! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Jackie had thought of everything we might need. Close walk to downtown. Can’t wait to come back again!

There were 9 of us for our annual 28th girls weekend. Everything was great! We walked downtown each day. Very clean and loved the large dining room table and patio to play games. Rent it! You will be happy you did.

Hidden Gem

Everything about our stay was amazing! The house had plenty of space for our group which included 5 adults and 4 kids (2 of which were teens). The hosts thought of everything you might need and had an abundance of yard games and beach accessories available. The house is a short walk from all the acton of downtown but removed enough to provide a quiet retreat to relax. We loved the backyard space and spent hours making smores, playing yard games, and relaxing. Highly recommend this charming home!

A home away from home

The Brickstone Cottage was a beautiful place to spend a few days away with extended family. The home was so clean and fresh, the mattresses and pillows were beyond comfortable, and the shady backyard was the perfect place to unwind each afternoon/evening in between walks to the beach to view the sunset and take pictures. Honestly, this is one of the cleanest, most comfortable and best stocked homes we’ve ever stayed in. We especially appreciated the KCups under the Keurig, the emergency medical kit, marshmallow roasting sticks, and soft linens. The house lacked nothing and truly felt like home away from home.

Annual Girls’Weekend

Wonderful weekend with four dear friends in South Haven. Jackie’s home was beautiful, well- maintained, organized and very clean. She thought of everything to make sure we felt at home and comfortable. The beds were comfy and linens superb! The location is ideal for the beach and downtown. I truly appreciated Jackie’s notebooks regarding the home and attractions in the area.You will not be disappointed, I highly recommend this home for your stay in South Haven. Can’t wait to come back, so much to explore!

Wonderful

Clean, charming, great location! The house is even better than the pictures! The location is wonderful. We walked everywhere. So many stores and restaurants nearby. We had our two grown sons with us (19 year old twins) and it was the perfect set up. The master bedroom was downstairs and then two bedrooms and another bath upstairs. The full basement with a giant tv is where my boys spent their evenings. There are lots of games in the basement, and a very nice corn hole set and other outdoor games in the garage. The back yard was a wonderful place to hang out as a family. Located on a dead end street, which is always nice. Every time I said “oh shoot I wish I would have brought _____” one of my kids would say “mom they have one here we can use”. This house feels like home. It’s so cute and so well decorated. I just wish I could take the housekeeper back to Ohio with me to clean my house! :) Thanks again Jackie and Tim for letting us stay at your place!

Impeccable clean and beautifully decorated. Equipped with more than you will ever need or want! Walkable to town and the lighthouse. All your coffee needs taken care of at this house. Lovely outdoor area for relaxing. We could not have asked for a better place to stay!

This was a lovely older home on a dead end street walking distance to town. There is a nice size back yard with plenty of seating. We were a family of eight, 4 couples, and had plenty of room. Just a couple things to note, the upstairs bedrooms were a little warmer, to be expected in an older house, but there were fans available. The main floor bathroom is located in the little office area before you enter the master bedroom. Anyone sleeping in the office area will have people coming through to use the bathroom. The home had everything we needed for our stay.
