This charming two-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom plus den and game room comfortably sleeps 10 guests (Max of 6 adults) and boasts a private driveway with ample boat parking.

Step inside to discover a spacious game room equipped with ping pong and foosball tables, a 65" TV, and fast internet for seamless streaming. Open the sliding glass door to the large covered patio, complete with a gas fire pit to unwind amidst nature's embrace.

The main level features a cozy living room with a 75" TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa, while the fully-equipped kitchen beckons with its new appliances and expansive wrap-around deck, perfect for enjoying sunrise breakfasts or sunset dinners.

Upstairs, two bedrooms offer serene sanctuaries, while downstairs, a den and the game room provide additional accomidations and entertainment options.

Outside, adventure awaits with easy access to Sugarloaf Marina and the countless recreational opportunities of Shasta Lake, from water sports to fishing and beyond. Plus, this home is just a short 5-minute walk to all but two of the other Retreats in the popular Sugarloaf area of Lakehead.

One of the top rentals we've stayed in!

Overall the experience and stay were great. The house had large bedrooms which made luggage access so easy. There were plenty of blankets and bath towels as well. Lori and David were exceptional with their support and quick responses to any questions we had. The only major issue we had was finding adequate parking for our boat trailer, especially since we didn't want to store it at the marina. Thankfully David and Lori were able to find a solution for us!

Perfect location at a cozy cabin!

We celebrated my 35th birthday at this perfectly located cabin with 9 people and it was great! AC worked well, fully stocked with everything we needed, and about a 2 minute drive from Sugarloaf Resort. Would love to come back in the future!

Thanksgiving

We came into town for thanksgiving to see family we had a great time ! The house was wonderful and I would gladly stay with them again. Lori communicated and accommodated my needs wonderfully they are absolutely a must stay !

Nice comfortable place to stay

This is our fourth time renting this house. It’s comfortable, clean and has pretty much everything you need. Lots of rules but I guess some people need to have that clearly stated, but most of the rules are we consider common courtesy. Would stay there again.

Great once again

This is the second time staying at this property, and both times its been great. The game room is great, the house is roomy, and the distance to the lake is perfect for what we are always looking for. Check in was easy, house was clean, I would stay here over and over again.

Amazing Trip

Stayed at the memory maker home for around 5 nights and had a great time, it is within easy walking distance of the lake and the house is well taken care of. If we had any issues we got an immediate response once they were reported and they did whatever they could to ensure we had a good stay. Would definitely stay there again 10/10

Awesome Trip!

We had an amazing time at retreat #12! The game room and hot tub were the highlights of the house for us - even with the weather in the upper 90's, we still managed to use the hot tub in the late evenings to help recuperate sore muscles after full days on the water. The back deck with the BBQ and table were perfect for grilling, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials, the bedrooms were comfortable and the AC worked great. The communication with the host was super easy, stress free, and they were very thorough with all information needed well in advance. We have already re-booked for next year, although in a retreat on the water for next time :-) and we can't wait to be back!!!

Lovely well maintained home, was perfect!

Would recommend Lakeshore retreat any time you're planning a trip to lake shasta. Home checked all our boxes, managers were very easy to work with and info on area and things to do was well documented.
